WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. They then tell you that other people have the same issue but they were patient enough to wait 3WEEKS to get it done. They will not pay you for the clothes value that they ruined, only the service they charged. After coming here for years and having several issues with them like making holes on some of our items, or even leaving stains on them, they have reached the limit with this. And just FYI they kept my clothes for almost a week to "fix" the issue. After trying to pick them up twice, I decided to just take them as they are and took the money back for the service. But now I need to see to fix the items myself or once again have to buy them. DON'T come here. The owners are rude and will not help when problems like this happen. I laugh about it now, but she went as far as to call me ugly for telling her that this was too much and I find it unfair to not take responsibility for the ruined clothes. Horrible service.

I went to another tailor who could look at it and she kindly told me to go back to the tailor who damaged my buttons. She was also shocked as how this was possible and she even advised me that a good business practice is to resolve this issue with me. I went to Hai back to have them replace the damaged buttons that they themselves ruined, and to my shock, they refused to repair, claiming that any damage is outside their control and that they would charge me 20 dollars just to replace the buttons. I have made the fatal mistake of supporting this sorry excuse of a business by sending my clothes there for dry cleaning. I have no problem paying given that I am a professional and that my husband is a business owner so 20 dollars is not a big deal for us but their selfishness in not wanting to fix this for a problem that they caused is shocking to say the least. Two starts for the fact that I brought my clothes to the dry cleaner for almost a year before…read morehaving any issue. Otherwise, there would be one star for how the issue was handled. The man was condescending, argued with me about the incredibly vague rules that they had when it came to damage clothing. After a year of using this cleaner, I have decided to find another cleaner because of how they handle problems. They told me that my clothing would not get damaged and then when it did, they told me that "all dry cleaners are like this/do this" and that they would not reimburse me. They also quoted their policies that are on the wall, which also happened to be incredibly vague and could mean just about anything. From the conversation we had, he was making up rules as he went. The only point I attempted to get across is that if they are going to tell me, they are capable of doing something and then they do not do it, and what they did leads to damaging my clothes, they should be able to reimburse me as quoted in their policies. There was no integrity on their end.

I dropped off 3 blouses and 2 pants, flagged makeup stains…read moreon the collars, and noted that my pants should have no creases, (which is also tagged on my bag). The employee (who turned out to be the manager) told me not to bother pointing out the stains and that she would handle it. She didn't. Every stain was still there when I got home, and my pants had creases. I called the store and was told the manager would call me back Monday. Instead, an employee called back minutes later to relay that I could bring the clothes in again, but they couldn't guarantee the stains would come out. These are standard makeup stains on collars. I've had them removed at other cleaners without issue. This wasn't a disclaimer about difficult stains, it was a deflection. Monday came and went. No call from the manager. No refund. I paid for a service that wasn't performed, flagged it in real time, and was met with indifference at every step. I will be following up and will update this review accordingly.

At Family Cleaners the front counter staff is always nice and polite, knows me by name and greets me accordingly. I had a little issue once and the owner stepped in an made things right immediately no problem. Since then I've been coming and will continue to patronize their family owned business. I often see his children helping out around the store which tells me he's teaching his children how to carry on the family business. I admire that.
