USA Car Wash is the equivalent of 7-11 pizza. U-Suck-Ass Car Wash. The automation washing part is ok and store part is clean and stocked but the wipe down guys are horrible. I paid extra for my first wash of the season and got headaches when I saw what they skipped. It cost $70 for everything. They missed areas all over the car. Its a BMW x5 which looks great when everything wiped down. That was the whole point was to have all the areas done. The areas that were wiped looked OK but they left so many untouched spots. The wheels were even dirty as if they weren't even cleaned. And, the windshield was not cleaned well either. Stay away. The place isn't the same anymore. read more

I've been coming here for about 7 years and before I started coming here my husband had been coming here for many years before that. Even though I don't live in the neighborhood and sometimes go to the dealership I always come back to this place. I really like that I can watch everything they are doing while they do it. Most places you go to now a days don't do the old 20 point check anymore with an oil change. This place does a 13 point check with every oil change and fills all fluids and I never feel any pressure to upgrade to another package than the one I chose. Plus where can you also get a free car wash inside and out. It's fast and efficient and the only place I go besides the dealer and I'd much rather come here because I don't need an appointment and the wait is less than 30 minutes. read more

I've been coming to this carwash for around 15 years now but I think it's time to find a new go-to carwash. The biggest plus is that it's close by but the prices have gone up and the quality of what you get in return has steadily gone down. It's now to the point where the deficiencies are hard to overlook/excuse. When you get your oil change done here, you get a coupon for a free full service wash, but even that perk has lost its luster for me. Due to its location on Jamaica Ave, it's often jam packed. The wait to drop your car can sometimes approach half an hour. The full service wash (their basic package with vacuuming included) is now $13. When the attendants vacuum your car, they pretty much never unclip your floor mats. Instead, they just rip them out, clean them, and drop them back in. They don't bother to reclip them back in, so you either have to do it yourself or have your mats move around with every entrance and exit into/out of your vehicle. Once the vacuuming is done, your vehicle gets driven onto the track to move thru the wash tunnel. The guys who prescrub your vehicle's body and wheels still do a pretty decent job and the wash itself still adequately cleans the vehicle. Once the vehicle exits the dryer area, it's driven out front to get a final wipe down by hand and have tire dressing applied (if you paid for it). These guys do a pretty halfhearted job at drying off the car. I always have to grab a cloth and do additional drying myself before I drive off. If you don't pop open your trunk, they won't open it to wipe away water which always sits in there. As for the tire dressing, they don't even properly wipe down the tires and wheels before they apply the dressing. This means that when you get back home (or wherever you head), you will see the dressing splattered onto the lower body of your just washed vehicle. And because they never properly dried your car, you will see water streaked all over your car, so you will need to do some additional drying...yet again. There are several other car washes in the vicinity so it's time I hit up so me of them and see if we can't find a new carwash to give our regular business. I understand it can't be perfect but Damn as least be satisfied with it somehow.. all the mats were in the wrong place and they saw me wiping down my own car cause it still was dirty. Very very terrible. I've been coming here for quite some time but I miss the Haitian guy that use to work here, he always was very informative, never money hungry, never power tripping and etc. Now the Hispanic guy is so rude and nasty, he always want to push you to "flush your engine" which isn't even a thing and it cause more damage to your car than anything....you are not a mechanic stay in your lane bro. I came here for my very last oil change the other day. He got me once with the engine flush because my uncle who's a retired mechanic wasn't available to let me know if it was necessary at the moment. He charged me $185 for an oil change and this stupid engine flush that's not even a thing. So every since I found this out I just said no every time I came and every time he half step his job. He either try to give me less oil in my car or never let it drain into it. He pours and lift it before it's even finished as if he's the one pocketing the money....well maybe he is. Management may need to check on him because he just might be robbing y'all. So anyways, usually with a full service oil change they're suppose to do complimentary checks on other parts of the car....fluids, air filters and etc. After I left I noticed that my car wasn't blowing any cool air....so I called and the girl argued with me telling me they don't check the air filters and etc. I go there my next available day and the Trinidadian guy comes running his mouth talking about you need an oil change?!. So I said no I was just here (thinking he should've used his brain and seen that in their system, but whatever). So I go no the guy did my full service oil change and didn't check anything clearly. So he go how you know?! Like sir because I know he does the same bs every time get made because someone doesn't want to spend money so he can steal. The lines are almost always long (as with all days when the weather is good in Queens) but that does speak volume to how popular this location is. I will say that they are a bit too quick on the aftercare following the machine run. They're competitively priced though so I'd just suggest getting the most basic package which I believe is $17 or $19? The amount of time they spend wiping down your vehicle afterwards is usually always less than 10 minutes and they won't always get everything off if it's heavily caked on. But as a quick, basic car wash? They are good in a pinch. read more

Update: This car wash is AWFUL. After you pay your money for these "premium" washes your car is still DUSTY. They barely wipe down the inside dash, console or mirror. As much as I didn't want to come to this car wash, I was in the area and needed to get some bird poop off of my car. So I came here and got a basic car wash because I didn't wanna spend any more money than I needed to in this place knowing that their service is trash. The bird poop was on my passenger rear door so when my car wash was finished and I got in the car, I didn't notice the passenger side. 1. They did interior detail work on my Honda Pilot on July 3, 2012. 2. They damaged my newly installed (installed May 2012) touch screen car radio beyond repair. Complete replacement required. 3. They asked that I wait until July 5 to speak to the manager. 5. I spoke to the manager and, to keep it short, I was asked to have a "radio guy" look at the radio first. 5. I explained that I am a NY State Licensed Professional electrical engineer in the state of NY. He knows this because i have NYS PE license plates on the car. If I can condemn a 1.1 million dollar generator for a hospital, be part of a team that raced to upgrade the Jacob Javits Center to a hospital by reconfiguring the show-room backup generators to provide hospital ready power for FEMA's 2,000 bed hospital, be part of a team that designed, developed and deployed the first high speed LPR in the country in secret in a response to 9/11 for the port authority of NY & NJ.....I can condemn a broken car radio myself. PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE I have never left a review for a business before. But I had such a terrible experience with no resolution; i just had to. My car is actually new and this is the first time getting it cleaned since purchasing. When I got home I noticed a huge scratch on the hood/front of the car. I was so shocked; considering it's a new vehicle. Therefore- I went back to the Car wash, spoke to a supervisor called NICO and told him this might have happened with the first guys doing the first cleaning w/brushes evidently /NOT the machine scrub; and i was baffled by his response telling me:" that's it's impossible- the scratch was there before- with no apologies." That is very insulting and offensive to make such comment. I know what marks the car has and this wasn't there before. The first time went to this car wash I saw that it was busy and assumed it must be pretty decent. My car was dirty and I had bird poop on the front windshield. As I was driving home afyrr it was done I noticed the bird poop was still there. Maybe Im expecting too much but that should have been scrapped off in my book. I just went again on Jan 10, 2018. We got hit with alot of snow, my car was filthy and I could barely see out the window. Most of the car wash stores were closed at 8pm but this one is 24 hours. When my car came out one guy was drying and calling other worker to help him and no one did. My car was hardly wiped down and water streaks were all over my windows. I have to gey another car wash. I used to frequent this car wash particularly for its location, hours, and pricing specials late at night. Though the prices have climbed, I returned after some time because I was in the area and my car was in serious need of a bath. Service was a bit slower than what I remember, but I figured that this could be positive because they are spending more time on the cars. When my car went through, it got a decent wipe down, but was still wet and had streaks. Surprisingly, my rims still had grease and brake dust on them. I still expected better for the price that I paid. It will be worth it to pay more elsewhere, but have a higher quality result. read more

I wish I could give 0 stars. I got a rushed job and had to point out that the car was not vacuumed properly. The guy got annoyed but I paid my money and I didn't care. I told him that he did not dry the car properly as he moved on to a next car and he pointed out the towels to me so I could do it myself. I came here before a few times and it's always been not the best service. I went today and for some reason I decided to pay for the middle package. Which included wheel and rims cleaning. I had just got my bumper done and I noticed chips all over my car. I wish I knew for sure if they were there prior. I'm pretty sure it wasn't. But I couldn't prove it. Also they didn't clean my rims at all it was still covered in dirt. I went back inside to ask the cashier if I paid for that. She confirmed I did and that someone would come and do it. No one came. I was annoyed so I sent my sister in she came back out with the owner or manager. He said he'll get someone to do it. I went behind the worker and wiped my rims where I saw a lot of dirt. I showed the manger/owner that what the worker is doing isn't effective. He said I need detailing and he'll charge me $20 a wheel. I then wiped again and showed him the dirt was coming right off. Why is it that the worker wasn't doing it enough. I told him I only wanted what I paid for and he proceeded to tell me how filthy my car was and I needed him to detail it. I told him I just want what I paid for that's it - again. He walks over to his workers and then says you paid for nothing.
