They started off so well, but fell off completely. My case went on for months since the defendant was so avoidant. I thought they dealt with these types of issues before and know how to handle them but apparently not. Luckily I hired another company on time for what I knew would be the final extension to show proof of service. What the new company did is what helped me win my case!! Thank God, because I wouldn't have been granted my restraining order without the proof of alternative service. For some reason USA Express would NOT provide me with proof of alternative service, saying they had to literally serve him, which defeats the purpose of alternative service with an avoidant defendant. SMH... then they started to ignore my emails because I had to be firm with them. On top of all this they wait until last minute to give you what you need which is stressful. Funny thing, the judge even suggested I used another company since I wasn't giving her the right documents, and luckily she took my efforts into consideration. Use another company if you think the person you're serving will not cooperate because they do the bare minimum. UPDATE: just saw they charged me for services I never asked for and threatened to take me to small claims court if I dispute the charge. I don't know how this got so ugly because they decided not to do their job right. I'm disputing if I don't get a refund. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR PROCESS SERVICE!! I am trying to sue someone in small claims court and had this company service the defendant. I paid them to file the paperwork with the courts WHICH THEY FAILED TO DO and as a result my court date was pushed back. Whats worse is that had they done their job correctly, I would have won my case because the defendant in fact didn't show up to court. Against my instinct, I let them service the defendant a second time so as to not pay another process server fee, and they weren't able to do it in time and so now I will have to push my court date back yet again to another later date. When I called to get a refund, I am treated as if I did something wrong in wanting my money back, the lack of professionalism is astounding! THEY WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE THE ONES WHO MESSED UP!!! I am in disbelief that this company is still in business, they are completely incompetent, rude and lost me my case. Now I most likely will not get my day in court because now the defendant is avoiding being served. Thank you USA EXPRESS for ruining my chances of getting my money back. It didn't seem like any of them cared about their work, and would always come up with excuses as to why the job wasn't getting done. I switched to USA Express, and had no expectations, since all of the other attorney services were awful, I just figured these guys would disappoint me as well. Wow! Did they surprise me! They respond immediately, and will get the job done, no matter what it takes. The prices are reasonable, and they refund money immediately if they need to. I've been using them for years now, and there has never been one time that they have let me down. They go above and beyond, and come through every time. Where do I even begin to express how good this firm is. I went out on a limb on a google search for a private ingestater in hopes of finding my biological father, saw this place and decided to give them a call. I did and the receptionist was very sweet professional and took a message for me and said that someone would be in touch with me. The next morning I get a call back. Since that day my life has changed. I spoke with Marie and she said she would assist me in finding my father. In the back of my mind I never imagine what she'd do for me. I called on a Friday and Gina took a lot of information from me and said someone would call me Monday with the information I needed. On Monday afternoon Harry Kazakian called me and said he would start working on it. I said I thought he was calling to give me the answer! He immediately said there seems to be a communication problem and maybe I'd like to hire another investigator. Huh? Where did that come from?? I said NO, I'm just saying I'm disappointed because the woman on the phone Friday said I would have the info Monday, but now you're saying you haven't even started on it. He never apologized for the incorrect info the woman gave me. Then again said that there seems to be a communication problem and I have to call someone else. I did what I was supposed to do by using an "I" statement, and said I was disappointed and his attitude was that I had no right to feel that way. What is wrong with this person??? read more
