These guys do a great job every time, always honor their quotes, arrive on time, and complete the work on schedule. They're also very polite, and while doing the job they just completed for me, arrived in masks and followed COVID protocols. The van they work out of was fully equipped for just about any issue that might arise. They went right to work on our furnace and let me stand by and watch. These gents really know their business. They made a complete inspection and gave our furnace a thorough cleaning. Connections and contacts were checked for operation, as was the blower and heat exchanger. After checking the thermostat for operation, they also made sure there were no gas leaks. I admit that I wasn't as conscientious as I might have been, by having the furnace serviced yearly. However, with the price as reasonable as Wise charges, I would definitely have it serviced yearly. Stop for a moment and consider how much you count on your furnace. Mike and Tom were both friendly and outgoing. I appreciated the fact that they let me "look over their shoulders". They explained things as they went along and were very thorough in their inspection and cleaning. I am very pleased with the service that Wise Home Energy provided.
