Not a lot of front desk staff can seem like they like their job but they do a great job of it here.

We arrived at 6:15 am for the 6:30 am appointment and was told they got approval for Medicare but they did not request approval for secondary insurance and that we would be responsible for anything Medicare did not cover. I said all our information was given over the phone and the lady had put me on hold while she checked insurance and said everything was completed. Bad part is my husband needed to be drugged prior to service, so we drugged him for no reason. and now we have to start all over with registation and request new script for Ativan. Drove 50 miles to be rejected at the door. I just called to speak with scheduling manager and got the run around. They said no manager is available to take my call. No problem - We are not coming back.

So profesdional and informed. Very happy with the results. Unfortunately, their scheduling system and staff are horrible. Dont let your initial contact keep you away. The ultrasonographer tried to brush it off saying it was due to a kids dropping candy on the floor and the sugar was attracting the ants. But, it was clear that the ants were coming and going between the floor boards and had a home somewhere underneath. The ultrasonographer, who was also the procedure assistant, as well as the doctor did not wash hands before or after the procedure. I probably should have declined treatment and left for fear of infection. I believe a medical establishment should be pristine and sanitary and this place did not appear to be so. I was also not provided with information on potential side effects of the procedure which I learned about when they happened to me; I easily found them online, but should have been warned.

Lori Russ was phenomenal and the MRI techs were great... very caring, kind and very helpful !! I had an MRI done and it was a third of the cost of having it done at the hospital!!!! I have a close relative who is a radiologist and he reviewed the report and had such compliments about the radiologist report!! I RECOMMEND FUTURE DIAGNOSTICS FULLY, WHOLEHEARTEDLY AND WITHOUT RESERVATION!! Thank you to everyone who helped me while I was there. Then she was on the phone and doing something on the computer. No hello, no I'll be with you in a moment, no smile or acknowledgement. She finally turned and asked if I had an appointment. Still no anything. She may have well of been a robot. What happened to common courtesy and a polite greeting? If you are working in a public capacity you should have some common manners. Everyone else I dealt with was friendly and courteous. My appointment was handled in a professional manner in a reasonable amount of time. First impressions are important.

Varicose Vein Procedure…read more I had my big ugly varicose vein treated by Dr. Makris In September using RF. Dr. Makris and the staff was super nice and caring - they checked in on me the next day and gave good insturction for the post procedure care. I was treated on a Monday and I went for a RUN on Thursday and I didn't need to miss any work. The bruising and pain were surprisingly minimal and my leg feels and looks great now.
