Each time I was treated nicely and the person that did the blood draw was very nice and was very gentle--I hate being stuck but each time I hardly felt it. The next morning I received an email telling me that I could log in to see my results. They also forward the results to my doctor. Using Labcorp is cheaper than using my doctor's office lab and I get the results quicker. Although I don't like getting lab work done, I'd rather go here than anywhere else. Hard to beat the caring attitude and nice people here.

There is an allergy Dr on one side and fertility clinic on the other that makes it a bit confusing. I walked into the lobby and saw that there are a couple of businesses in the back listed on the letter board, Quest was one of them. I walked in to the tiny lobby and checked myself in. Since I had made an appointment online this just required me to scan my appointment barcode and ID. I didn't mind not having to talk to a person. The lady that came and got me and took my blood was an absolute doll. She was one of the nicest humans, we talked about kids and grandkids and before I knew it she had collected all of my blood. I am deathly afraid of needles and this was honestly the easiest blood draw I've ever been through. It does say that they take walk ins, however, someone tried when I was there and she told him she was booked and unable to accommodate a walk in, so it's best to make an appointment.

For this visit I wanted to go with an appointment. Appointments may be made online. The location closest to me did not have any appointments for the next two weeks. This location had times and days that worked with my schedule. I arrived 15 min. before my appointment, and checked in at their contactless check-in kiosk. Three minutes later I was called back. A quick temperature check, and we were on our way. After entering in some additional information it was time for the test. Everything was done quickly. I was on my way by my scheduled time. I encountered two employees during my visit. Both were professional. I would have no qualms utilizing this location again.

My doctor had a confirmation that the fax went through 3 weeks ago. My doctor faxed the requisition slip for the test again and I even emailed it to the phlebotomist . Still the two phlebotomists made me wait 1 and a half hours. Finally I had to leave in disgust (especially after the male phlebotomist told me that they had received the email but apparently still want me to wait more). They never acknowledged the receipt of the second fax on the day of the test. I would not recommend such treatment to any patient.
