This salon is located very close to my house and I love going here every time. The complementary drinks are nice but the staff here are even nicer! Sunny the owner loves to banter and make everyone feel like family. Cindy and Sam are the best at pedicures! They do not have a run of the line basic 20$ pedi, but I find it worth it to pay more for their deluxe experience. Rarely do I ever request a design however, I felt that this was pretty simple and cute for the holiday so I asked for this design. The tech first could not find a gold for the rainbow, and then proceeded to give me this quality of design. if she did not feel comfortable or capable of doing it, she should have told me and given the job to someone else or just stated it would be better not to do a design. Very disappointed, they ran late and then rushed so much the manicure was rough and did not feel relaxing. They did not listen to what I wanted, even though I clearly showed them the shape of the nails I wanted. They did not even put nice cream on my hands at the end. I have been going to USA Nails since it opened, being very loyal. I thought they were nice till this week. I had my nails done and for some reason, I don't know, my nails lost the colour and turned cream. I went in to have them redone this week and was treated badly. They said I must of done something it couldn't be the polish. And they did them for free, and made me feel bad and said next time this happens I will pay. I've been to this place several times because they are the closest salon to my home, but I won't be returning. I actually gave this place another chance because they are so close to my home. Simply put, the owner is the demise of the customer service. He work is terrible, and he's arrogant. Each time that he's done my dipping powder job, I was not happy. He's rushes through the job, missed applications to strengthen the nail job, doesn't shape the nail, and has cut me because he's was moving so fast. My nails looked like someone applied globs of polish, so they were lumpy. They didn't look natural at all. I've been getting dipping powder for a while now, so I know how natural it can look. For my last appointment, I attempted to avoid being waited on by the owner by making an appointment with Brian who sits next to him. When I arrived for my appointment, Brian was busy doing someone's nails who was getting a pedicure at the same time. So they started with my pedicure. Then I was suppose to get Brian afterwards for my manicure. Well, Brian started my nails but then the owner pulled him away to do a pedicure. The place wasn't even crowded, so I'm not understanding the rush to give the other customer a pedicure. So I ended up with the owner again! This time, I mentioned that my nails were too thick the prior times before and asked if he smooth them out some. He was dismissive of my request and told that he had to do it thicker. That was a bold face lie! He just did NOT want to take the time to do the job right. Let me add one more thing. About 2 appointments ago, I heard him call someone who was a no show. He left them a voicemail stating that they were rude and that he didn't want their business. Yes it's rude to not show up for an appointment, but how unprofessional and unnecessary of him to let a voicemail and say that. The owner is just rude most times that I've been there. Very inconsistent practices. I have been here a few times because of the location but never again. I got a dip and the owner rushed thru my service. Skipped several steps and he was Constantly getting up and doing other peoples toes. Didn't smooth out my nails and they are lumpy. He also started engaging in a political conversation with a client about illegals, taxes and Trump which in my opinion was highly inappropriate for a nail shop. They lady had the nerve to ask him was he a citizen!? Ridiculous and very uncomfortable. Also the owner is a bit of a creep. He calls women sexy. They offer drinks but the service is terrible. Sunny who I believe is the owner of this establishment is one of the rudest people I have ever met. He continuously argued with me when I went in for my nails, said it wouldn't look right I told him exactly what I wanted and how to do it, and he did not. As I was getting my pedicure I was told I was childish for being ticklish, and treated extremely disrespectfully. He told us to come in and talk about it and he may give us a refund if it happened. All he did was tell me it was my fault was not listening to what I was saying just kept arguing. He does not care about good customer service all he cares about is money. I hate even writing a bad review, but speaking to the owner today didn't work....My friend and I have been monthly customers here for over a year. We make appointments during the weekday, when it's never busy so we aren't rushed but can also get in and out. We're also very good tippers. When we first started going here, it was great. We love Brenda, Sam & Cindy. The issue seems to be with the owner, not the rest of the employees. They send out monthly coupons to your phone through text, for 5-10% off. My friend has never received the text for some reason and each time they just go ahead and discount her tab at the end because they've never been able to figure out why it won't go through to her phone. Today, they went ahead and discounted hers again, but when I showed mine, they said it was expired and wouldn't honor it. I also must add that my nail tech had to stop in the middle of my treatment for 20 minutes to go do something else, which put me behind my friends pedicure, so she then had to wait on me 25 minutes after she was done! They used to take the time and give you a nice calf/foot massage (since you're paying $60-$80 for a pedicure!!!!!!) but they don't do that anymore. My feet were in the water for 5 minutes today, total. At one point, the owner came in and was snapping at all the employees and they all just looked at him like he was an idiot. Strange. We felt more like we were in the way, other than paying customers. Today was the last straw, and we won't be back. read more

This place is awesome. The staff was incredibly friendly and were so welcoming. Not to mention they have a FULL BAR with complimentary drinks! Need I say more?! The pedicures were reasonably priced and the chairs were really nice massages. They also do eyebrow waxing right in your chair to speed up the time. Well, this hurts me to say as I loved going here - i took the chance (shame on me) on getting lash extensions. Since i got them on Friday I have been in pain. The tech used way too much glue, the lashes she uses are hard/ feel like needles, and i literally have lashes above my lash line (noticeably)! I called Saturday to let them know they were hurting me with no answer (i was out of town unfortunately), i called again Monday (they are closed) and called first thing this morning. The sister let me know she was sorry and to come in for a refund. I showed up & Sunny the owner let me know he won't be giving me a full refund as he doesn't see the issue. I let him know i was in pain & my eye is clearly swollen.... he said he can give me back half since his policy is 3 days? But it's been 3 days today (since Monday they are closed). I let him know i would be letting whomever i can about my experience even though I was a religious every other week goer because of this experience. He laughed and said let the whole neighborhood know as he didn't care. I was in tears by the time i left. iam never a negative star rating person, but i can assure you I will never be back. This has been my go to nail salon for the last year. I love Sam and Cindy. For the last several times I keep letting them know I am not receiving any text messages and they tell me they don't know why but never give me the 10% off. Today they actually gave me 5% off but my friend who always receives the text messages had 3 but they all expired 4 days ago and they would not honor her discount. She explained to the manager the issues we have had and that I was not able to receive it and goes sorry nothing I can do. Also I finished 20 minutes before her because Cindy left her to do a face mask for someone else. Which my friend wasn't very happy but didn't complain and said fine but then she couldn't even receive a discount. We loved going there but we will not be going back. read more

They sat me down right away , offered me a drink , I showed them what I wanted he said he could do it no problem (I get the same design every year during Christmas thought I'd try somewhere new) once he already started & it was time to paint he told me he couldn't do what I asked for & wouldnt take my nails off or refund my money . This place is a fucking scam my bestfreind and I went there for her to get her nails done and the guy that did her nails was weird and saying things that made us both a little uncomfortable saying that he wanted my friend to be his big baby and to top it all off he charged us 45 dollars when she only asked for a full set of acrylics which stated in there website was 25 he charged her for gel polish and the length of the acrylic nails he never explained any of those charges before hand waited until he was done doing her nails and explained it when we were questioning the price. read more
