Ive come to this salon a dozen times for many services. This last experience ensured I will never…read moresupport this business again. I made an appointment at 6 PM with someone and the tech never showed up. I sat there for 30 mins until the other techs decide to tell me that he would not be coming to the appointment. At that time they closed in 30 mins and 3 other female techs REFUSED to help me. Wouldn't even agree to remove the 6 gel nails I had left instead of getting a full set since they were closing. One of the nice women at station 3 removed the nails for me, but still charged me $15 after all was said and done. Safe to say I will never be returning after a year of loyal business.

I really wanted to love this salon because Lilly did my pedicure and she was amazing. She was so…read moresweet, personable, and did such a great job on my toes. Unfortunately, my experience getting my nails done afterward was completely different. The nail tech got acrylic dip all over my fingers and had to physically clip it off, cutting my finger in the process. It hurt badly enough that I bled, and when I showed him, he simply said "oh sorry" and continued. When he painted my nails, the yellow polish was bubbly and see-through, so I politely asked for a second coat. He did one hand and then asked if the other hand was okay with only one coat. When I nicely asked if he could please do a second coat on that hand as well, he rolled his eyes and started huffing and puffing. I never complain, I was polite throughout the entire appointment, and I still tipped 20%. I left feeling extremely uncomfortable and disappointed by the way I was treated. I most likely won't return, which is unfortunate because Lilly was wonderful and I would have loved to continue booking with her.

I finally found Michael Doyle at The Loft in Ellenton, Fl. He gives me a precision hair cut that takes about 30-45 minutes. He's a great communicator and listens to what I want. He's very particular and professional as well. I'm 65 years old and he's the first stylist that actually gets it! Thank you to Michael for giving me confidence and a skip in my step!
