The quality has went allllllll the way down! The polish is not gel, my big toe nail (which is real and doesn't have a fake nail on it) was already breaking due to my sneakers and I told the lady to cut it, she decided that she wanted to glue it together to keep it from breaking further and that didn't work because the nail eventually broke, my overlay nails is a hot mess I had to go back days later because the nail chipped and the polish was peeling, now it's one week later and my nails look like this. I should have known when we walked in to walk right back out. It's not clean at all. The guy who did my feet was nice. The pedicure was just ok, and I was nervous about getting something from the foot bath and the tools. When another guy came to do my nails, he literally was ripping off my acrylic tips with the edge of fake nail. It was so painful and it was ripping the top layover of my nail off that I had him stop in the isle of it and I left to go have it finished somewhere else. It's my fault that I didn't check reviews before going in. I should add that before he started ripping the nails off he asked if I was in a hurry because of work and I said no I'm off today. I went in a Thursday and my regular guy (the young one with the bad acne) wasn't in. I let the dark lady with the thicker shoulder length brown hair do my pedicure. The acrylic on both of my big toes was too thick. They looked like painted planks. She forgot to use the cuticle remover and the pedi was just rushed. Lulu and Ann are the go to women for nails but since I don't wear nails anymore I am going to find a new place for my pedicure. His client came and specifically asked for him so he stopped what he was doing and gave me off to another man. HORRIBLE!!!! 3 of my nails came off from the top of my nails and it was only a couple of days. Went back and the same manager guy sitting in the front told me it was bc my nails are old and was rude. How???!!! I just got it done!!!! DO NOT GO HERE, they don't respect fixing of nails and my hard earned money to do it right. I feel like going to get it all removed somewhere else and redone. I'm not impressed at all. I've been here twice before and honestly don't know why I went back the second time. The first time, one of my acrylic nails cracked, and another broke off not even a week after. And I'm just a student so I'm not doing and heavy lifting/manual labor, so wtf . The second time it was Day 3 after getting a full set, my GEL polish started to "bubble" up and then started to peel on two fingers and I refuse to go back to them to have to fix it. It would be a waste of time and money. Spent $100 which is typical - but not for what looks like a $30 job, including my pedicure. I've now learned my lesson and can say for sure that I will not return to them and definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I explained to her several times I have a tip/overlap that's needs to be taken off as well. My nails were once uneven. I also have sns. My experience here was terrible. For starter's I was sitting there waiting for what seemed to be forever for someone to start working on my nails. I usually expect this at a nail salon, but they were not extremely busy. Anyway, I sit there and wait. I overhear a conversation w/ this woman on the phone w/ her friend and I hear the words "hurry up before someone else comes in". Next thing I know the woman she was talking to on the phone walks into the shop and starts getting her nails done. And the guy working on her nails just let her do it even though there's 5 other people waiting. Now to MY nail experience. It was just awful. When you first walk in there's usually a lady there that asks what service you'd like. NEVER let her do your nail if there's a good number of people waiting. I got a full set and she rushed through it. It looked fine at first glance but after actually looking at her I worked I realized that it looked horrendous. We went the day after Mother's Day not extremely busy, paid for $45 in pedicures with added gel nail for toes. My aunts lady scrubbed her feet got everything off. I assumed the same for mine upon inspection after I noticed my feet still had some dead skin on them...not happy. I decided to get my acrylic nails off the lady was not tender even though they were almost grown out. She used a cuticle cutter for fingers to get them off along with an acrylic nail. I noticed some of my nails she broke and split she used regular acrylic nails glue to fuse my REAL nails together. I wanted a dip powder bonding agent so my real nails wouldn't break and stay strong she applied it...they weren't even had a horrible square shape. I had to leave to pickup my daughter. I then returned with my daughter who I asked if they could glow paint her nails they said no i asked for gel they said no...they did a horrible paint job with regular nail polish for her one was already off by time we left. I had her reshape and even my nails to a more natural shape which is what I asked for to start with. Still not very even rushed job. For $40 for these nails it wasn't worth it. I didn't pay for my daughters crude nails. Here me and my aunt are 6 days after mother's days my nails the top layer to hold the powder is chipping. Are gel toe nails are chipping...I'm furious for the services I paid $170....I even tipped each member who individually worked on us outside the $170 that was paid. For the price..the quality just isn't there we wish we would have stuck with our first pick nail salon. I just wanted to do something nice for my aunt and myself and this is the service we got...just because my daughter is younger doesn't mean you should have rushed and painted her nails horribly shoving her fingers in front of a fan to dry pressing it into it thus messing up her freshly painted nails and then NOT painting over or fixing it. I did my own daughters nails at home. I just wanted her to enjoy a little mommy daughter time. She was confused saying, "why did she do some nails ok". I was then asked by the lady who was trying to fix her earlier nail job on me why I didn't say anything earlier, I told her I did and stated I would be back to fix them which is why I was there now. B was my technician and she didn't speak good English but she got the point....was ON POINT about clearing my cuticles and making sure the Polish was streak free and not on my cuticles/skin. The scrub was really nice too. Price was only $21 which is less than what I'm used to back home so that was a perk as well. Overall decent looking shop...vibrant and welcoming....walked in and didn't wait long at all....heavy traffic seems like they also have a lot of regulars. I'd definitely come back! I got my nails done on Friday, July 5th at this establishment. I'm new to the area and very picky about nails when I'm not near my nail tech so I simply got a fill in and gel polish costing $35. Cheapest I've ever spent on my nails so my fault. Pay for what you get but who can mess up a simple fill in? This place! Friday night my nails started lifting. About 7 out of the 10. And my nail polish is lumpy and uneven. On top of that the place is dirty. The tools and the brushes. I wouldn't even touch the UV gel drying station. I called the place to get a partial refund and the guy told me to come back in. I come in the following Monday morning and she tells me no refunds, not even partial. That they will redo or take off. Why would I let you keep my money and take my nails off. Better yet why would I let you redo my nails. The same person! That has 0 logic to it. I'll be calling my bank to stop the WHOLE payment since they wouldn't even give me a partial refund. Never freaking again! I'm so irritated. $40 down the drain in the matter of 2 days. Just avoid going here unless you like a poor excuse for nails. Even if you're going until you go somewhere else like me. Just save yourself. If I come back in 2 days it shouldn't be an issue to get a refund if I'm unsatisfied. I'll take it as a lost and keep moving but I suggest you don't patronize this establishment. read more

First time customer. Received a fill in with UV gel polish on 9/10/18 at 730p by 9/11/18 at 11a I noticed my gel polish was chipped off on multiple nails. My nails were soft not hard like gel polish should be. I Contacted the store spoke with guy who did my nails Ryan he passed me to a woman she offered to redo my nails I said no I want my money back for gel she said they'd refund me come in. Came in Ryan kept trying to redo my nails offering any color I kept saying no I want a refund for gel polish. He ignored me until he saw I wouldn't budge. He said the manager wasn't there for refund and to call at 3p. At 315p I called spoke with a woman she said manger not there he went to get kids and to call back.
