I came to Xclusive Nail Bar due to a referral from my Real Estate classmate. She's been going to the owner Jacky for about 7-8 yrs. He got her to the point of having nice, natural nails with overlay. I make a standing appt once a month. My nails are growing fast. They remain nice, up to 3 wks then I'm pushing it. I don't bother with fill-ins. I change my style, length, and designs each time. I've started off long and went shorter for functionality. They have good time management when you book appts. I've been there for my nails and pedi maybe 1.5 hrs or less. They offer a beverage of wine or water. The music is always good like you'll be in full karaoke mode (R&B, Soul, Hip-Hop - old and new). They cater to the local demographic so don't come in there being extra like it's Alpharetta or John's Creek! Lol Cars are safe and they have cameras around the entire building. The cops ride up and down Old National anyway. I pay between $115-130 + tip depending on the service combo. I'll be a regular for months or years, if I can. I started going here with my mom when i was 17. I'm now 23 and i still go every once in a while but as of my last visit I've decided not to anymore. I had a rush day and had to bring my 2 year old to the salon with me. The tech that did my nails this day was aggravated with my baby making noise and being interested in what he was doing. I made sure that she didn't get in the way or touch anything that she wasn't supposed to but i noticed him and so did my sister making gestures as if he was frustrated and i felt like i was rushed out. The older lady that painted my daughter's toes was very nice and kept her occupied during the rest of my service. I appreciated her very much!! And they look like this.. hit Ken told him they were bulky went in for him to fix and it looked the same bulky and thick! Who wants thick nails we like thin and classy smh. 4 days later 3 nails lifted. Today something told me I should take these nails off and look fungus underneath and my nail bed damaged. The receptionist was so helpful and very high spirited. I was greeted and showed to my seat as I walked in. My nail technician Lele was very knowledgeable and knew what she was doing. I needed a nail place near my house so I googled and found this salon. I called to see if they were taking walk-ins; the manager told me yes. As soon as I walked in, I was serviced. I got a gel pedicure and a gel manicure. Tai did my pedicure and Aiden did my manicure. I was done within 45-50 minutes (Tai had to take off my gel color before starting my pedicure). I am pretty happy with the service. Everyone was polite and my nails look fine. One big toe nail was cut a little lower than the other but that's not a big deal to me. The only downfall to my experience was the price. I felt it was a little on the expensive side. I paid $38 for my gel pedicure and $30 for my gel manicure. I would go back again. read more

My nail tech of 20+ years has "retired," so today I was brave enough to try a new salon! I must say I was pleasantly surprised! The manager greeted me at the door and was not over friendly, but extremely professional! He walked me to my chair and pulled it out for me! I was then greeted by Destiny! I love how he pays attention and gentle at the same time. He always gets my shaping correct And his work lasts for up to 4 weeks (from my experience). So....I am a faithful customer of another salon also off of Old National but the last time I went I was sadly disappointed. Which I feel is hard to do because I get a spa pedicure with gel polish...but my last trip was a bust. So 2 weeks later I found myself in need of a new pedicure and decided to try Xclusive...BEST DECISION EVER!!! I went on Thursday early afternoon. I was immediately greeted. I explained my last pedi was horrid and showed her how thick my big toe were. I explained I didn't want them to have to fix what someone messed up so if we needed to soak the acrylic off then so be it. I was seated and introduced to Lynn/Len. She removed my hell polish and immediately fixed BOTH toenails. They look so frigging natural! I am SO happy!!! She then gave me the best spa pedi I've had in a while complete with a sugar scrub and massage. Xclusive has a better selection of gel polish which I require for my pedicure. While there I saw a guy (with dyed orangish blond hair) do an amazing full set of nails that also looked natural. If I start wearing nails again, he will be my go to guy. The offering of drinks while being serviced is also a plus. The only thing I can say they could improve is having spa chairs with the USB plug for charging. read more

I have been going to this nail salon on and off for several years and have received extremely inconsistent service, but they are convenient, so I kept going, but not any longer. My last pedicure was terrible, the tech scraped my already dry heels so thin, that both of my heels cracked all the way through and was in pain. At the time I told her she was too rough, but I didn't realize the damage she was causing until I went home. It was painful to walk for over a week! I left two posts and called left messages for management, but no one ever bothered to reach out to me. I'm done with this overpriced and uncaring business. read more

Haven't been to a nail salon in months, walking in to the strong smell of fumes reminded me why. However, I just wanted a pedicure and this salon had great reviews. Was greeted as soon as I walked in and informed the wait was 5 minutes. After I was sat, my water was ran and someone immediately started the $22 pedicure. I really enjoyed the treatment which lasted appx 30 mins. Overall this was a great salon, there are alot of workers and they really keep a great flow going so nobody is waiting long. I came to this new nail bar because my regular salon is closed on Sunday and I needed my nails done and a pedicure before I go back to work. This nail bar is close to my house so I tried it out. The nail bar is very clean. The ambience is pretty. Sparkling crystal chandeliers. Nice sinks with cotton hand towels. New pedicure chairs. They're really big on sanitizing. When you get a pedicure they line the foot bowl with a plastic Bag. They offers all your nail and beauty services. When I walked in I was greeted by a pretty young lady. I think her name is Kimberly. She speaks English really well. I was getting SNS and a pedicure. I was seated right away to soak my Previous SNS off. It's a 15 minutes process. Once the SNS melted off. I was greeted by a young man (the owner I believe) who will be doing my Nails, he explained to me that he has a customer before me but once he's finished with her I will be doing my nails. I noticed this man is familiar to me. It is Jackie from Nails club down the road from here. He did my nails when I first moved here to Ga. and a great Job. read more

The nail techs that took care of my daughter and myself were absolutely wonderful and professional but when our nails were dry and I mentioned to the male desk clerk that we needed to pay he was nasty rude belligerent and an absolute ass. I usually tip the techs but because this male fool chose not to have any respect for me as I'm at least 20years his elder I did not tip anything. He could not even hand me my credit back. Disrespect is never ok and I will keep putting reviews everywhere until they are closed but I will definitely make sure my neighbors know that they are not worthy of our dollars. I absolutely adore my nails and pedicure! Jason took his time with my pedi, and was gentle (I have a knee injury, so this was a Godsend). My toes feel and look fabulous! Now let's talk about Lynn: She is a perfectionist who is all about her craft, and I am here for it! She doesn't sit and have a lot of conversation, she is all about doing a quality job. I love it! And I'm 100% convinced they put something in the gel polish cause I had the hardest time getting it off with acetone nail polish remover. Ended up scraping it off my nails and now they're damaged. This is my second time trying this salon. The first time my nails were peeling within the first 2 or 3 days. This time every single nail had a crack after only 2 days. When I returned the owner tried to dispute that i'd even been serviced although I had s shown him the charge in my bank account. Then he made me find my name on the sign in list. The cracks were so bad that I knew they needed to be redone so I said I wanted to change the color. He said if I changed the color he would have to charge me because my nails could be fixed. I get my nails done regularly. And I knew they couldn't be fixed so I didn't understand what the big deal was with changing the color I waited for a very long time. The nail tech who eventually fixed my nails did a great job but I will never return to this alarm because of the poor customer service. read more

After researching this salon on the internet, I went in for a soak off, and full acrylic overlay. I had a bad fungus on 3 nails from saying too long to have them filled, and water seeped in. They took me immediately, the soak off took less than 30 minutes, and he took his time. We had great conversation, and my nails came out so nice. They were already looking, about 1.5 inches, and he made those busted up nails look awesome! I'll def be going back! Oh, and it is extremely clean, and has 2 HDTVs to watch while getting your nails done! read more

My experience was decent at this location. I probably would have rated this location higher if we weren't in the midst of Co-vid 19. I called to make an appointment and was notified to make sure I have a mask which I complied with. I came in the salon and noticed there were more than 10 people in the salon and I'm not sure if people were even 6 feet apart so that made me slightly uncomfortable. The tech was awesome with the sea salt scrub pedicure. However, I would like the shop to take better safety precautions to protect themselves and their customers. Upon my arrival I was greeted by a man and sat at a nail tech station. The nail tech placed the color wheel in front of me and i asked her to give me a moment to pick a color. The nail tach caught a nasty attitude and made ugly comments about having to wait on me to pick a color. I politely told her she did not have to wait on me and i went to the front and informed the man who originally greeted me what happened and that i was treated rudely and would be leaving. I did my nails on Friday and as the other reviews say, it was nice. I liked it and I decided to come back on next day which is Saturday to do my lashes. I asked him how long usually last for lashes and he said usually around two weeks and I request to do my lashes as natural as possible. I personally like really really natural lashes and I showed him a photo of the lashes that I want to do to the guy who did my lashes. Until then, I had no trouble. The next morning, I took a shower to dress up and every lashes fall off on Sunday morning. All I did was taking a shower. It did not hold up for 24 hours. So, I came back on Monday morning to show my lashes are all gone and the guy who did it for me says "I can try the different glue and it will hold for sure and if it does not, I will give money back. The other option that I can suggest you is give credit of $15" and I have strong feeling that my lashes will not hold long enough. Since he said he cannot give me a money back only choice that I have was literally do my lashes again. I came back on Tuesday to retouch my lashes since I was little busy on Monday. As I expected, my lashes are almost gone and only has two pieces on the end on Saturday. So, it holds for three days. I came back and the guy who did it says "I tried my best and it did not last long just because you wanted it too natural. That's why. I can give $10 credit for it." Are you serious? First of all, if you couldn't do the natural lashes to hold enough, you should be honest to tell me that it will not be work out. Then, I was probably not try at the first time and not throw my $25 just glueing only for eight pieces on each eyes that only last for three days. Second, HE CHANGED HIS WORDS. It's totally different than what he says on Monday. Did I ever asked him to do the lashes again on Tuesday? NO. He said he could not give me a money back and all he can do is put it back or give credit of $15 which I thought it was so not responsible that it did not even last one day at the first time. I mean if it holds at least week, I will be satisfy. I am so done with this place. ---------------------------------------------------------------- Plus, my nails was chipping and had them only for week.
