Well, here I am again. Almost one year since my last review and still nothing has been done. If I would not have paid for the gutter guards I probably wouldn't be writing a review like this. Had gutters and gutter guards put on my house. Went up to see gutters after leaves started falling. Gutter guards are concave or bowl shaped and are catching all the leaves. Called Bill to have the problem looked at. He told me he would be over early. Didn't show up. Called again. No show again. Called on third day left a message on his personal phone and with his answering service. No call back. Called a fourth day just got answering service. I'm being ghosted. Will have to hire someone else to fix this problem. I don't advise using this company. They take your money and don't correct workmanship. The next week Bill did come back. Was going to get samples of new products. Haven't heard since. I fixed all the problems myself. read more

We contacted USA Seamless Gutters and Bill told us he'd be here to look at the job on Monday. He didn't show up and he didn't call. We contacted him on Tuesday and he said he'd be at our house after 3. He never showed and he didn't call then either. We used the company several years ago and had the same problem. Shame on us for assuming things had changed. read more
