Standing at the front, the layout of the store felt really open. As we continued to walk around and browse, another staff member greeted us, asked if we were looking for anything in particular, and told us where we could find the clearance section because there were some good items on sale. They did have some cute kitchen items on sale, leftover from Easter and Mother's Day. Separately, I saw a whole section of items with a beautiful orchid design. I ended up getting a large kitchen linen with the orchids on it as a gift. Everything in the store always looks high quality, and I love shopping there!

Our first impression of Arizona Tile was mixed. Unfortunately, that was where the positive experience ended. We spent approximately 5-7 minutes in the showroom looking at products on our own. During that time, we observed at least four employees walking around, several focused on their cell phones, yet not one acknowledged us or asked if we needed assistance. At that point, we concluded that the business must be doing well enough that it could afford to overlook potential customers. We left and drove across the street to Bedrosians Tile & Stone. The difference in customer service was immediate. We were greeted as soon as we entered, asked about our project, and an associate personally guided us through the showroom to help us find exactly what we were looking for. Ultimately, we purchased approximately $46,000 worth of tile from Bedrosians--business that could have easily gone to Arizona Tile had someone simply taken a few minutes to assist us. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Arizona Tile, particularly to homeowners or non-contractors seeking guidance. If customer service is important to you, I highly recommend Bedrosians Tile & Stone, where the experience was professional, attentive, and customer-focused.

It appears your memory of the chain of events is skewed, nothing on our part was fabricated attached to this review is a copy of those text messages from you dated 8/2021 to validate the accuracy of my initial review. There was no quote issued, no customer transparency, no continuous updates or communication unless I generated the inquiry, and there wasn't a team as you mentioned it was you alone that I dealt with and no one else. You never said, on any occasion anything about a team and being booked out to September 2021; you lead us along for 5 weeks you never communicated a staffing shortage or covid-19 as a "secret reason", now it is being used as an excuse in your rebuttal nearly 2 years later! Yes, I did purchase the fixtures only to expedite the guest bath remodel which worked out with the other contractor that completed the remodel. We never had a specific start date with your company since I could not get you/Millennium Designs, Inc. to quote the job we were flexible and open to dates if needed. In conclusion, I fired you due to your constant delays and procrastination since you could not generate a customer job quote in 5 weeks. The facts remain as mentioned in my review nearly 2 years ago (21 months). There was no fabrication of events on our part only facts and timelines. There is more fabrication and lack of transparency on your part and it is apparent you take no professional responsibility for your actions. You then blame the customer and make false accusations on their behalf when you actually made false/failed promises to deliver us a quote after 5 weeks of waiting patiently, just do your job and follow through which never happened. Don't tell me what my experience was it was duly noted in my initial review of 8/2021 and is an accurate representation of the bad experience we had with Millennium Designs, Inc. After visiting several contractors and seeing their cabinetry, we were quite underwhelmed. We visited the affinity showroom and met with Theresa and things started to completely turn around for us. From our first meeting until the renovation was done, we were completely and utterly blown away. The white glove service, the attention to detail, the relentless Planning and exceptional communication is what sets this company apart. I should also mention that there were at least four or five follow up visits to fine tune, and make sure everything was meticulous after the initial installation. I could not imagine ever hiring another organization to do cabinetry other than affinity. If I could give six out of five stars I would. Kudos to Theresa, Tom, and the entire Affinity team.
