I called to inquire about a rather extensive European vacation my wife and I are planning for next…read moreyear and the response I received by whomever answered the phone (no name was given) was shocking. Never before have I been spoken to in such a condescending tone. Read on if interested: It started with an aggressive "los gatos travel" which sounded very rude and like I was bothering them. I then described the vacation we are planning, she paused, and then asked "well have you worked with us before?" I said no we have not. She then asked "okay, were you referred by someone?" I also said no we were not. She then said "how did you hear about us?" The tone on this question sounded like she was surprised we were able to reach them without having been referred. I said that I found them on yelp since they had great reviews. She then said "okay to be honest with you a client who we've never worked with and also does not know anyone who has worked with us I don't think we can take on a brand new client right now we have been in business x years and this would probably not be possible." This one was a little surprising since I was planning this a year in advance. She then said "I assume you have never worked with a travel agent before" to which I said that I have actually several times before. This is when I got upset. She said she would "send me an email for me to send dates and maybe go from there" and I responded that I was not interested in working with their business and expressed my displeasure with the interaction. Might sound dramatic but I think this was the worst interaction I have ever had with a local business. It's a shame because I was planning to give them a significant amount of business only to be turned away because of her ego. Hopefully all of you have a better experience.

My family and I had the most horrific time…read morewith this travel agent who gave us wrong information and made us lose about $500 total and did not offer any sort of support, instead began to raise her voice and scold us over the phone. Back story: you are not booking through the agent, the agent is booking through a third party. We booked a vacation to Waikiki for two and was promised a Luau to be included in our package that would be walking distance as we did not rent a car. This all seemed well, as we were given instruction from Linda to walk across the street and enjoy our experience. When the day and hour came, we were at the wrong location and the luau was scheduled for a different location across the island, two hours away. With Linda's poor attitude and misinformation (given to us in person and on a voice message) we called her the following day and asked for guidance on fixing the situation. She proceeded to yell at me over the phone that I had been the one in the wrong and she refused to help the situation. She said that I had messed up and she had no reason to offer her assistance. Overall, we lost out on $500 and had a poor costumer service experience. You're better off going to another travel agency or organizing a trip on your own.

I'm a writer and have just finished the first draft of a mystery novel that involves the life of Georges Bizet, composer of the opera, Carmen. I wanted to go to Paris and various places there to see where Bizet lived and worked so I could add such settings to my book. Celine made an itinerary for me, got me wonderful guides to drive me to these places and to tell me about their histories and even explore with me. NOT ONLY THAT, Celine got me introduced to people knowledgeable about Bizet, and she got me into places where people normally can't go. For example, there is a house in the town of Bougival near Paris where Bizet lived when he wrote Carmen. Celine got me a private tour of this privately owned house (not open to the public) AND an introduction to a board member of a society that promotes art and artists as part of the memory of Georges Bizet. She also got me introduced to a gentleman who speaks excellent English and who is extremely knowledgeable about classical music and opera so he could go with me to meet with the board member and see the home. There are many other things I could mention about the Bizet part of the trip, like my private tour of the Opera Comique (where Carmen opened in 1875) and lunch with the Comique's dramaturge. Again, the Opera Comique is not open to the public for such tours, but Celine arranged it all. Celine also booked me private guides to take me other places just for fun, such as Chantilly, which has the biggest collection of French paintings after the Louvre, and Malmaison, the home of Josephine and Napoleon Bonaparte. I could go on and on, but that would make this review too long. I'll close by saying that I would recommend Celine to anyone, including my closest family and friends. I trust her totally to come up with customized trips that will fit any needs. I highly recommend her. She has a million connections and I can see she is an expert in the art of making people's dreams come true in Paris and all over France.

In London our hotel was right in south Kensington one of the best neighborhoods in London. In Paris we stayed at a lovely boutique hotel where from our windows you could see the Eiffel Tower all lite up at night. In Venice our hotel was right on the main canal with wonderful views and the water taxi right at our front door. Her knowledge of all the area's and where to stay were ideal. The bronco sport was perfect! Big enough for all of us, but not too big for the narrow winding roads. We ended up creating our own excursions because we could get to where we wanted to go. Samara village was fun to explore, the locals were really nice. We went to Belen waterfall for a day. We went surfing and shopping in Nosara for two of the seven days which was a 40 min beautiful drive away from Samara. The countryside is gorgeous. We highly recommend your services, from the many travel options, to the booking, to the travel package and itinerary, to the check in messages and reminders. They had my visa already ready for pickup in only a week from my appointment that I brought my passport and application to. I'm really glad I went through them to get my visa. It saved me a lot of time and trouble. They were very detailed and clear throughout the process from looking through my first online application, telling me everything that needed to be corrected (I had some errors since the fields weren't that clear to me), checking through my printed application again in person at my appointment (which had some errors due to the system), and making sure I knew what to correct before making the final application they could use.
