I had to make a couple last minute spelling corrections and needed an extra trophy, but she took care of it without a problem. At pickup, I noticed one of the lines was off for a few of the trophies, but Tisha quickly fixed the issue within 15 minutes. You can't get that from an online store! Worst experience ever! Originally ordered a week in advance (Wednesday before) to make sure we would meet deadline. Tisha confirmed all is good with timeframe. I sent over order on Friday with detail wording. Called on Tuesday to make sure we were on track for pick up tomorrow as i had not received proofs. She gasped and stated she had next Wednesday. I said ok...then she stated that she would make order in time, i just needed to approve proofs. So i did on Wednesday. She asked for more time. I said ok my event is Thursday but i absolutely need them by 10am. She was so grateful for extra time and said no problem, will be done by 10am. This morning she calls me at 10am to say they will be ready by 11am (my event is at 2pm). Then as i am driving over she calls at 11:20am saying she has a problem. She didn't receive the glass awards in time and then tried to blame it on UPS. Shame on you for leading me on and saying it could be done!!! I called Tustin Trophy and they had glass awards in stock and are making within an hour. I had to pay extra for rush. Would not recommend this company unless you have a month lead time. read more

I can't say enough about the personalized service I received by Tisha. She greeted me with a welcome smile and helped me design 2 trophy bases. She has a large selection of bases to choose from and I was able to get a much nicer base than I anticipated, still within my budget! Although my job is relatively small, she spent a lot of time with me showing me the different options of bases, plaques and designs. The ultimate result is a a product much nicer and more detailed, that popped than what I was envisioning. Her experience made it easy to make decisions & I got more than I expected! USA Trophy did a wonderful job engraving some plaques for trophies I had brought in -- when I took them in, the owner suggested she swap out the cheap plastic plaques for brass ones of better quality and she did not upcharge me for the brass (which she had to cut to match the existing size).
