Bought a $1,200 gold charm for my wife, 48 anniversary. Took it in on a Thursday to have it…read moreengraved, "48" on the front, and "2026" on the back. Owner said it will be ready "midweek", he will call me when done. Thursday the following week no phone call so I called at 10:30. Owner said he was not at work (they open at 11) but he would call me when he got in with status of job. At 4:30, still no call, so I called again. He was a little put out that I had called and said he would take care of it immediately as it wasn't done. I told him I was running out of time and I needed it. He said come in tomorrow after 11. I went in at 3 PM on Friday, the charm was engraved, "48" on the front and "26" on the back not "2026" as the order stipulated. He also didn't give me a receipt when I dropped it off so I took a photo of the order which clearly said to engrave "2026" on the back. In his rush to finish the job, he failed to set the machine up correctly for the back. If I had my own business and was backlogged with work so bad that I had to give a 7 day lead time for a simple engraving job that would take 1/2 hour, I'm sure I'd be working more than 6 hours a day, 5 on Friday and not working at all on the weekends. So, in summary, if you want the owner to not call you when he said he would and engrave an expensive piece of jewelry incorrectly, he's your guy.

He quoted a price and said he could engrave it while I wait. Compared to other trophy/engraving businesses, Engraving Honors has really fair prices and has an incredibly quick order turn around. When I called other places, they had limited options of colors, fonts, and sizes, were incredibly expensive, and also said because spring is "trophy season", I would have to wait at least 10 days. Not here. You can use any font and color AND the engraving only took about 5 minutes. I was in and out with my final product in 20 minutes ... and it looks great! Engraving Honors is a home-based operation, so be sure to call first with your inquiries. The engraving can be on metal, acrylic, wood, glass, matting, leather, or fabrics and you can also make all sorts of awards, gifts, and presentation pieces.
