Once it was my turn, I greeted the receptionist and mentioned my 9:10 appointment. She instructed me to take a seat. A few minutes later, I observed another patient signing in on a list, prompting me to do the same at 9:06. Shortly after, the receptionist asked for my health insurance card and ID. As another 10 minutes passed, I questioned the delay, given that I had scheduled the earliest appointment. She explained there were still numerous appointments ahead of me, and the doctor had not yet arrived. By 9:20, I was told the doctor would need another 15 to 20 minutes to reach the facility, followed by four appointments before mine. This implied I could end up waiting over an hour despite booking the first slot. Notices throughout the office attributed delays to the varying complexity of cases, but given the doctor's lateness, the delays were unsurprising. Finding this unprofessional, I decided to leave. Additionally, the facility was not clean, and the front desk failed to greet me with a "good morning."

This happened aprox. 1 year ago. she went to her 3 month follow-up and thing seemed fine. The last few days her hems. have flared up dramatically. So, today i recommended that she go there and have them at least tell her what to do now. receptionist spoke to doctor and they decided that all of a sudden her insurance, wasn't valid anymore! So, instead of helping her out as she is bleeding, they threw her out of the clinic! Yes, she was discarded as non-important and returned home not with only physical damage but now mentally. She is affected by the medical profession not respecting its own oath. We shall now call it the Hypocritical Oath. Is there a way other then me showing up everyday (as of tommorow) and letting the patients in the clinic know how gutterlike the doctors and staff there are like. shall i get a lawyer or someone to treat them like they treat us.......

This office is very unprofessional and has no empathy for their clients. The receptionist should have called my mother up to let her know she didn't see her name in the system except my mother sat for over an hour waiting with NO ONE reaching out to her. I came in to pick up my mother thinking her services were done and she had yet to be seen. Smh. Nothing was done until I went to receptionist.
