I was concerned how was I going to be outside this summer with 8 treatments remaining. Glad it won't be an issue now. The woman who did my laser (I wish I would have gotten her name) was very informative and made me feel comfortable. This was my second session so I'm still pretty new. I added on a new service, my upper lip (because why be hairless everywhere else and still have a mustache?!) and the woman walked me through what it would feel like and even did a test on my neck before we began- I appreciated that. She was thorough and took her time making sure to get every spot. I already booked my next appointment and I can't wait to come back! I've seen amazing results after the first session so I can't wait to see if any hair grows back now.

Instead, they emailed me, not giving enough information, and I decided not to follow up because I didn't want to get stressed with them and jeopardize my health condition. First, this is how it works with Laseraway. You must take a PatientFi loan if you can't pay the full amount. They don't tell you the interest on the loan. My interest on the loan is $625.38. The total price of my Brazilian armpit six sessions for both legs is $ 3,842.5, and your Cuchi will not be bold after completing your sessions; You will need to shape it. I understand that getting a laser treatment is a REDUCTION of your pupil's hair. To conclude, they're costly, have no follow-up, and don't embrace diversity. I don't recommend it at all. By the way, it's painful; don't you ever think you will feel a pinch as it is advertised on social media. Your cuchi gets red and swollen after the session, so think about it first.

The front desk staff was nice (though I have no clue what their names were because no one introduced themselves) and I was seen on time, so two stars for that, but three stars off for wasting my time. I've been preparing for weeks to begin laser treatments - no waxing, no sun, only shaving, etc., and now I'm unsure whether I should bother going back or find a different provider. UPDATE: Following my consultation, I received an email soliciting my feedback. I provided it and expressed that I had a poor experience during my consultation but remained interested in purchasing a package and working with a different specialist. No one acknowledged or responded. It now seems I'll be purchasing services elsewhere since Laser Spa doesn't care enough to earn my business with a simple response to an email. I've had laser on most of my body and now I only need to go every couple of months for maintenance since some areas do grow back due to hormones. They use Cynosure laser and this has been very effictive for my skin. Getting laser was the best investment since I really don't ever have to worry about shaving anymore. They always have different promotions available so the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this place if you're interested in laser hair removal.

This is the most unprofessional and careless company I have ever come across. I have had at least 8…read moresessions between two different locations that have shown the same unprofessionalism, carelessness, and disorganization. Not only has every appointment of mine been delayed but my appointments have also been rescheduled with no clear communication or awareness beforehand. With that, scheduling is IMPOSSIBLE with this company. They have limited times and limited staffing. Anytime I would have to reschedule my appointment, they would not have any other times or day, for weeks at a time. When they said they would call me if anything opened up, they would call with an appointment either same day or next day, in the middle of a work week. Besides the unprofessionalism and disorganization, this company also does not care about the clients, only money and numbers. Specifically, my last laser appointment was extremely traumatic because of this. Not only was my appointment delayed with no communication beforehand, but once I was in the treatment room, the providing technician started treatment with no explanation on laser setting, the cooling setting or preferential starting treatment area. She simply started treating my sensitive areas, very quickly with no warning and no stopping! It was at this point that I was heavily flinching and starting to cry. Instead of going slower, she proceeded to say "if it is too painful, then maybe we need to stop and you reschedule for another day". No alternative, no compassion, no worries, or patience for what I was going through. Completely heartless and treated as a number in the appointments. They claim this laser treatment is painless but that could not be further from the truth! Pain is a spectrum but there is pain no doubt! Nowhere on their website do they talk about pain management options or how their cooling system works and that they can change the settings on the laser or cooler based on the experience and results. Furthermore, they claim that "Registered Nurses" are performing the treatment but I would like to see credentialing for that. I am a registered nurse and I would NEVER treat a client or patient the way I was treated at my most recent treatment. The carelessness, the lack of sympathy, and the rushed forcefulness to "catch up in the schedule" was completely and utterly a despicable and pathetic display for this company and the clients who receive therapy here. The fact that I have to pay for this service from these nurses and this company, disgusts me. Completely appalling experience.
