I return today (the day after I dropped it off, at 3pm) to wrap the device in an old shirt and a ziplock bag. Mr. Jad located my box, fulfilling my service request by box cutting my package open, and allow me to secure my device, tape back the box for return. I'm blessed to have overheard him say pick the up time to another customer yesterday, was at 5pm, when I dropped off my box to ship minutes before closing. Jad did mentioned to me that some days they will have multiple pick up times like before 3 and again at 5, just fyi. Thank you Jad & UPS team for making this customer have a blessed day. This very well may be my primary UPS STORE. I like the automatic doors. This is the only UPS STORE I've been to that has automatic doors.

I called around needing a document notarized, and most places no longer offered that service or I needed to coordinate a time around their schedule. Thankfully, The Wrap & Mail Room offers notary at any time (no appointment necessary) and for $6 cash or card. I dropped in and also picked up a cute mother's day card, as they have a cute selection of cards made by a local artist (err, Austin... but it's Texas). They also have gift wrapping services, along with it being a mail room.

She tried to charge me $1.50 to tape my box and kept claiming it was in the return instructions yadda yadda yadda. Well, considering I'm in no rush to return the package and I pass by the location multiple times a day, and I can't justify paying $1.50 for some tape... I decided to ask her nicely to PLEASE tape my box, just a little bit of tape, pretty please pretty PRETTY please and she refused! Not even a nice refusal, kinda an F OFF you aren't worthy of me taping your box refusal and kept telling me how "It's in the instructions, it's in the instructions, it's in the instructions..." Well.... Let me tell you, when I got back to my office, I looked at the instructions, and it is NOT! in the instructions!!!! I can't wait to go back with my taped-up box and ask her to show me where in the instructions it shows that. She had the huge roller of mailing tape right there... Although, PO Box Etc is my preferred address for all online orders. My recent experiences with unannounced closing (not on Islamic and American holidays) have gotten me looking for a mailbox service near my house in Chinatown. However, I had terrible experiences at My Shipping Office, a mailbox service in Chinatown.
