If I have to exclude everybody else, fine, John is awesome! He makes amazing coffee. But if I was going to be realistic, I would have a list of their entire staff in this review. My biggest complaint may be the AC in the sales section, it tends to get way too warm during the hot days, which is disappointing. The range experience is great, when I ask for something exciting to try, they always have an honest answer and something new to try out. Additionally, their RSOs are awesome when on the range, always offering their time and suggestions. It's great having an expert provide solicited advice. The club is also great, they are really making the best out of their space and offering. I do wish that they would hold non-club special events in the event space rather than the lounge, but to be honest, most members are hanging out in the range rather than upstairs in the lounge, so it spends a lot of its time with low occupancy, which is great for members that want to get some work done between range visits. I look forward to trying out their outdoor ranges, they just opened up to members and I hope to try them out soon!

The owner/ instructor Mike Caggiano is very knowledgeable and professional and did an excellent job presenting the material. The class sizes are small compared to other training facilities. Max of 5 students. So it's a comfortable learning environment (not rushed) with plenty of opportunity to ask questions. Perfect for people with no previous knowledge or exposure to fire arms or more advanced students. In addition to the classroom instruction, this course also includes live fire training, which takes place on a different day. This is a great experience as you will receive hands on training from Mike and the opportunity to fire several different pistols. Again, this a very comfortable learning experience. For a Sunday morning range day, I stopped by Manchester Firing Line Range. I arrived just before…read moretheir 10AM opening. A few patrons were already lined up outside. By the time my exited my vehicle and grabbed my equipment, staff had opened the doors and starting letting everyone in. The patrons in front of me grabbed 4-5 lanes, so I was easily able to secure a lane; I was loading and making ready to fire by 10:15. They kept my ID for the duration of my range session and charged me the listed rate of $25 for a non-member, one lane-hour fee. Facility seemed well kept and modern. Ventilation worked well; I didn't notice any gunpowder residue clouds wafting around. It also seemed decently sound insulated. The guy a few lanes down shooting his binary trigger AR didn't bother me much.
