I have never left a review anywhere, but felt compelled to comment on the stellar service that I received there. They are kind, patient and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to give me the best possible deal and spent so much time getting me set up and ready to go. I never felt rushed, despite the fact that there were other customers waiting. On the contrary, I felt like their highest priority from the time I entered the store in a panic with a defunct phone until the time that I left with a new working phone. I don't have an issue with taking on projects like this, but with everything else going on, I decided to look for someone to repair it for me. I didn't know that anyone actually repaired modern flat-screens, so I was pleasantly surprised to find Get The Picture. I made contact with Tony on a Wednesday, and set up an appointment for the following Saturday. Tony arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He was very knowledgeable and and friendly, and took time to explain the TV's technology to me. He was very careful and conscientious while disassembling the TV, and was methodical about troubleshooting the problem. He identified the malfunctioning part and said he would get price and availability the following Monday. On Tuesday he called with a price for the repair (which was very fair) and I approved the estimate. A week later, he contacted me to see if he could install the new part that afternoon. He arrived ahead of schedule, and within 20 minutes had the TV functioning like new. I'm very happy that the old Samsung is working again, thanks to Tony. Tony provides a service that is probably pretty hard to find in this area. Highly recommend.

I had my iPhone screen replaced with the previous owners a few months ago and they were awesome! My son decided to drop my phone and crack the screen again. I called them, since I had the "Total Protection Plan", that states they will replace your screen for the life of the phone with no questions asked. Not the new guys. They said they don't do anything for free and had no idea what I was talking about. They took over in May and aren't honoring any of the previous agreements.
