As others have stated, I am not one to come on here to tank anybody's business. In this case, however, I have been so disgusted with the service at U. S. Cellular at this site and with their general company that I have to say something. We visited this location to pay our bill. While we were there doing so, the agent told us that if we switched to a new plan - their current no data limit plan - we would save about $30 on every bill. LIE #1 I asked the agent if the price he quoted us included the amounts for insurance and what we would be paying on our phone contracts. He said, yes, it included everything. LIE #2 We thought "GREAT!" who doesn't want to save money on their phone bill? Ok, would our 4G get throttled over time? He said No, we don't do that here. LIE #3 Folks, don't believe a word they say. Our bill came out to $50 more than our original plan, it did not include insurance or phones, and our data has indeed been throttled. So we took a jaunt back to the store. I mean, SURELY THEY WILL FIX THE MISTAKE LIKE AN HONEST BUSINESS! Nope. The second agent we saw there, an older woman, was extremely rude, knew less about the phones and how data works than we did, and gave us the same line of horse manure. Ok, awesome. So we called U. S. Cellular to try and fix these LIES. They said, no problem, we took all the notes on our discussion, just call back on the 23rd and we can switch you to a plan comparable to your original plan. PHEW, finally some answers!! (LIE #4) Call back on the 23rd, I freaking sh*t you not - "Ma'am, we don't have a plan like that anymore." "Oh, but if you look at the notes your last agent said that if we called on the 23rd, which is today, there was a plan to switch to comparable to our first plan." Highly recommended. If you need services provided by an actual US Cellular outlet in this area, I strongly advise using this location. Was helped with my situation, and though I could obviously see the difficulties, Tabatha stayed totally calm and relaxed throughout the entire process of transferring service and setting up 2 phones. Both her, and Jose, were completely kind and helpful. I've read other reviews with lower ratings because they said they had to wait for help here. I would graciously wait a little while to not go to another location, be addressed right away, but not actually get help. These guys are knowledgeable and ready sort out your issue big or small. read more

While the agent working was very nice and helpful, we were dismayed to learn that this store ALWAYS has one person working at a time "because they aren't busy enough" for more. That is ridiculous! We waited for 15 minutes to get help, and the person after us waited for 30 minutes. We needed to back up our phone, which took a while, and allowed us to chat with other customers who complained that they had to wait ridiculously long amounts of time for help. At one time, the agent working was trying to help 3 groups at once. She really did a great job, but we will not be going here again since there are many other US Cellular authorized stores with hardly any wait time. read more

I'm not into gadgets, good with technology, or inspired by the latest phone capabilities. I dread the day when my phone needs upgrading, and the last place I ever want to be is in a phone store. However, since switching from AT&T to US cellular, I have a newfound hope for anything relating to my phone service. Not only did I receive amazing customer service from Angela, my husband had equally spectacular service with Tabitha. These two gals seem to really enjoy what they do and it shows in their willingness to be helpful and fix whatever problem I am having. Not having even been a customer for a week, I went in for any help they could possibly give me with a dilemma; It was unrelated to the phone. It was essentially something they did not need to assist with. But Angela was all for helping figure it out, despite her not knowing anything about how to fix it. I spent an hour there, the whole while she was funny, pleasant, and she didn't make me feel like an idiot! It was the best experience I've ever had with a phone store and I'm happy we switched.
