They allowed my son to turn in the touchscreen but stated that "I had to be the one to return the cameras because it was my account?!" I was on the phone with my son and asked my son IF the customer service rep could verify me by phone. His response was no. I have to bring it in person!! I brought my 22 Ultra in for a screen repair. They did not inform us that they would be using…read moreaftermarket parts. upon receiving the phone the back plate is separated from the back. A problem that I originally did not have. The screen now has a border around it and is not operating correctly for a Samsung 22 ultra. Upon calling them they admit to not informing us that they were using aftermarket parts, saying they assume everyone knows that it's aftermarket parts and said it was no problem for me to pay the difference and get what I expected in the first place. I told them.it was dishonest for them to not inform us upfront that it would not look like the original screen and worse off for them to try to charge us more money to make it right. The workmanship is another issue. The fact that the phone come back with a different issue than it came in with is uncalled for. In the end they offer a refund to put the original (broken) screen back in and wave the service fee to fix the backbplate. In all their shady business practice from the start to the end and poor workmanship is grounds for the 1 start. Beware being swindled by this company.

My wife and I had the unfortunate experience of working with him when he stated he could move us from a personal plan to a business which w old save us money. We were excited to save money as anyone typically is and moved forward. Prior to the end of the transaction he stated to us what are bill would be with turning on Autopay. Yet when we received our bill, his statement was far from the truth. We in fact saved no money and our bill was about $70 higher per month than we were paying and $140 more than he said we would be paying. Upon contacting customer service we were advised to go into store to discuss this with Connor and his manager. That's what we did. A sales rep and floor lead explained it would require getting Connor and his direct manager involved to resolve the many issues that he had created. Well Connor reached out and is now stating that isn't what he said and I advised I wanted to speak with his manager and we could all sit down to discuss the issues. Connor advised that his manager does not get involved with issues or customer service. So who holds him accountable for his actions? I can no longer get my old plan back. The option presented to me by Connor is to return my equipment if I want the bill to be what he stated. During the conversation I was polite yet direct about what he did and that he was not honest with us at the time. He then attempted to tell me to stop yelling, which I was not I was currently at an appointment with my wife and am not the type to yell. He chose to speak to me in an unprofessional and condescending tone to which I continued to request a manager. Should his manager care I have this in text a proof as well. I've spent hours on the phone with support for them to try and fix the issue yet there is no complete fix now and no one apparently to hold him accountable for his actions. In the end he is another sales rep looking for a pay day, doing things without permission or accountability. I have had no issues with Verizon in the past and because of supports great service I hold no ill feelings towards the company. The issue is in Connor being allowed to do and say whatever he wants to in order to deceive customers.

Told to go to Batteries & Bulbs store for service. B&B told me i had to go back to Tmobile to file a claim. Tmobile manager then told me they can't file claims and gave me a phone number to an automated claim service that charged me $99. (I've already been paying $$$ for phone insurance.) Tmobile is the worst.
