I also had a $50 screen protector put on another phone and that wasn't in the system either! Stay away from this criminal! He is stealing our money and using garbage components. They let me know there would be a delay in its completion with NO update on its current state. They assured me I would get an update soon and informed me of they didnt call me because my number was in wrong. This back and forth proceeded for WEEKS where I had to call and they let me know my pc was being worked on but my number was in wrong and that's why they didnt contact me. They would let me know that they would call in the next two days and I would never receive a call. I would call them multiple times within those days and would get sent to voicemail. When i finally called asking where it was again after nearly three weeks, they let me know that it was done and they would have called me but my number was printed wrong even though i called the day before to confirm my number was down. The workers responses were lax, specifcally Ryan who was not helpful and continued to give me promises that were not completed. Overall I had a horrible experience and feel as though my time was entirely disrespected.​

A problem that I originally did not have. The screen now has a border around it and is not operating correctly for a Samsung 22 ultra. Upon calling them they admit to not informing us that they were using aftermarket parts, saying they assume everyone knows that it's aftermarket parts and said it was no problem for me to pay the difference and get what I expected in the first place. I told them.it was dishonest for them to not inform us upfront that it would not look like the original screen and worse off for them to try to charge us more money to make it right. The workmanship is another issue. The fact that the phone come back with a different issue than it came in with is uncalled for. In the end they offer a refund to put the original (broken) screen back in and wave the service fee to fix the backbplate. In all their shady business practice from the start to the end and poor workmanship is grounds for the 1 start. Beware being swindled by this company.

They do a great job with being efficient but they recently replaced my screen this past march and…read morenow my touch sensitivity will shut off and I have to constantly turn my phone on and off to reconnect my screens ability to function. So they are fast but might be too fast and miss some details with reconnecting a new screen to you phone. I have gone other times and it has been great! It was $125 for new iPhoneXR screen so it is definitely on the pricey side. Sad that this last time has made my phone more difficult to use. A refund or re-repair would be lovely but I have lost that receipt since because I am used to trusting their services.
