The motors started it up and when I tried to fly it ended up going straight to the ground so the propellers broke. No issue for me so I just said Ill take it. Before they closed they gave me a day to test everything out to make sure everything worked and even now when they reopend the worker there told me if there is an issue, bring it back and we will give you a refund. Turns out to be that the controller only stayed on with the charger plugged in and didnt charge at all. When I go back the next day to get a refund(as I was told would happen) the owner over the phone told me they cant give a refund and hung up. I tried asking if the worker could contact his boss again so we can work something out but just told him he cant talk he is too busy. I woukd think if a customer for your business is needing help with an issue you would find some time. Honestly not the best experience at all and that issue needs to be fixed if a person finds a problem with an item and if they were told they can bring it back they should stick on their word.

Couple weeks later I received a monthly bill from AT&T with a due amount of over double what I was already paying. Called the store and got the run around on the whole situation and not clearly explaining why my bill is now this much when I was promised it would be significantly less than previously. Went to corporate location today and come to find out there is no "holiday promotion" for adding an additional unused line. Also, they added multiple things I clearly stated I did not want added to the plan as well as additional options I never spoke to him about. This whole situation has taken a multiple hours out of my time to find a resolution. Coming from someone who has been in the sales field for over 10years people like this give the industry a bad name. I would never recommend this location to a friend or family member!

I had several issues and Brandon the store manager never rushed me and answered all of my questions. He helped make a potentially stressful situation a lot better.
