CFU today to find out what to do with the black cord remaining, Dakota called it a coaxial cord. He said "whatever I want to do with it". I didn't know if I should leave it exposed or cut it off, one is at least 20 feet long. This was the first time I was not enthralled by CFU customer service. I asked again "so it's ok to just cut it off". He said again (do what you want it yours). I guess a wanted him to give me a (yes cuttting it off to get rid of unsightly wires is fine, they are not live wires,) His words were succinct and condescending. Oddly prior conversations were very helpful over the 60 some years as a customer. CFU must have told him not to waste his time on past CFU cable customers.

It's not a bad speed and its pretty reliable, just wish they'd call it 100Mbps service instead of exaggerating so much. When I talked to them about it, they said that was pretty typical. The first employee we worked with was particularly friendly. When we were clearly a bit confused about what we wanted or had in mind, he was happy to show us some of the options - and quite patient as well. He was very honest about their options - pointing out the various differences and why you'd want to splurge for various things. After he passed us to another employee for the fitting and sizing, the new employee was just as friendly. She seemed particularly knowledgeable about men's fashion - including how to tell if a jacket or shirt is particularly well-fitting. She offered brand options to help with fit, and she went out of her way to call up to corporate to a get rush on a preliminary suit for fitting purposes. The earlier employee had also misquoted us a price, but she was happy to give us the item for the price because it was their error. She was very friendly, made the process feel particularly smooth (even though it took about an hour), and was clearly knowledgeable about everything they sell. As a sidenote, Men's Warehouse does make it pretty easy to use them for tux rental. You can pick up or return the clothing to any of their Men's Warehouse locations.

While the advertised sale was a BOGO it didn't work for the shoes I purchased for my granddaughters for school. Eventhough they were almost the exact same pair of Adidas. She had a flat personality wasn't helpful in any way. Too bad it's becoming the norm for retail workers to not try any longer. The shoes were not a good value because I could have ordered from adidas.com and at least got reward points or potential found the same thing on SALE, A SALE that would have actually been REAL instead of a farce to lure you into the store. I did buy the shoes because the girls loved them and I didn't want to break their hearts. Next time I won't suggest to them that we shop famous footwear.

If you hit the buy one get one half sales you can really save. As long as you could use two pairs of shoes. I get most of my kids' shoes here. I can typically find their size in most styles. I have good luck buying work shoes here. I wear black flat sole dress shoes. It can be hard to find comfortable ones but I can usually find something here. I used to shop at the location on University Ave by Kohls but this will probably be my main location since it's so close to work. It is smaller than the University Ave location but there is still ample selection and sizes of shoes. I've been here twice before posting my review and both times have gotten good service from associates.

Customer service is great - the employees are so friendly and quickly pick up on if you're a returning customer and build some great rapport. They are just as passionate about playing/using the goods that they sell, which we love to see! Card selection is pretty sweet in the way of Pokemon cards. They might not always be in the best condition, but their pricing is typically very fair when it comes to these kinds of shops, so we respect that. They don't typically have pricing listed on the card sleeve though, so you either need to ask or sort of make the gamble once they ring it all up, which is a bit peculiar. My favorite part of Video Games Etc is the fact that they are always running "sales" of buy 6 cards, get the 7th free or buy x amount of used dvds, video games, etc. and get your next one free. It's very similar I would say to 2nd and Charles kinds of deals and gives the vibes of being a smaller 2nd and Charles in general, which is lovely to see!

Ah, where to begin and what stars to give?  A few years ago, we went to CL-USA Waterloo.  They did…read moreour living room.  No problems.  Looked great.  So when our stairs needed re-carpeting, we returned.  This time our experience was a total sh@* show.  It became almost funny.  We picked out carpet and scheduled a measure.  Waited around most of the day and no one shows.  Email the salesman twice and finally call the store - nice lady takes a message.  Salesman calls back next day - says measuring guy tried to call twice.... Yet I had no missed calls, VMs or texts. He did get my emails.  He asks me to measure and send a photo.  Says we don't need a measure and he'll go off what I emailed.  Next day, the measuring guys calls and says he's on his way out.  Told him that the salesman said measure not needed.  He says his boss wants a measure.  Ok, fine.  Good to go - finally have an install date.  Guess what?  No one shows up.  Call the store again.  Same nice lady says it was on the schedule but not sent to the install people.  Salesman called back and did apologize many times.  Says the manager will call next day to reschedule install - next day, no manager call.  Call the store again.... Salesman apologizes again... says must have been some miscommunication.  Yea think?  Finally, install day comes and the guy shows!  But he has to come back tomorrow because he doesn't have his "stair tool." Did I mention this was a stairway install?  Anyhow, he shows next day and the final job looks great.  I just don't know... just don't know.  Oh, salesman said he'd sent a gift card for our patience.  That never arrived either. Luckily, I'm recently retired so I was home for all these appointments. If I had taken time off work... bad.  So draw your own conclusions. Would I have them do another job? Probably.... with all the heartburn and miscommunications, the final product looks lovely.
