My final F you to AT&T before I switch back to T Mobile I was told there services were better and…read morecheaper clearly it's worse and more expensive. I play lost of Video games so I'm kind of a nerd and AT&Ts internet doesn't even meet AVERAGE internet requirements it's insaine, I also live rite next to a 5G tower and it does nothing AT&T is garbage stay with your plan

If you move to Humboldt County, please **do not** under any circumstances sign-up for AT&T…read moreinternet. After I moved up here everyone informed me that Suddenlink is the best (and it seems to be cheaper, though they have bad yelp reviews, too)--I wish I had known that to begin with. After paying AT&T $100 for installation, my internet does not work properly--it cuts in and out constantly, making it impossible to stream TV shows, movies or do anything that requires a reliable connection. After many calls, AT&T sent several people out to fix my service, all of which had different answers to solving the problem, but after five attempts (all of which required me to stay home from work) none succeeded. One technician was supposed to show up between 2-4pm, but didn't get to my place until 6pm--I guess I didn't need to miss work that day. After three months of trying to resolve the issue, I called to cancel my contract and was put on hold for an hour. For some reason I was under the assumption that they would release me from my contract considering the great lengths I'd undertaken for reliable internet--it's not my job after all. When I finally got through to someone she was so unbelievably rude (providing the worst customer service I've experienced in my life) and informed me that even though my internet isn't working properly, they will not release me from my contract and will retain the $100 deposit. I asked to speak to a manager, she said she was one. Not only that, but she told me that they had few notes from the technicians who visited my house. One wrote that he had moved my modem to another room as per my request, which didn't happen--he replaced what he said was a malfunctioning modem, which he blamed as the source of the problem, and it stayed in the same room. Apparently the last technician, who informed me that he fixed the problem (and didn't), just didn't make any notes of his visit at all. Neither did the person who he sent the following day to fix something outside that he blamed as the problem's source. I have been traveling during the weekends and haven't been able to take additional days off of work to have a technician come look at it again, and so I'm still having the same issues. Basically, I'm just using my phone as a hotspot connection (which remarkably works better!) to do everything, so I'm paying AT&T for nothing. This is a long rant, but I'm livid--normally I log into Yelp to write positive reviews, but AT&T's "service" is beyond the pale.

Have had wonderful, amazing experiences at this store in the past. Used to be a go-to! But when…read morewill businesses learn that they lose customers- AND money- if they employ people who are just nasty & hateful right from the get go? Like I KNOW, masked up dude wearing a mask in an empty store (?), that NOBODY likes their job, especially in this economy. I get it. But that doesn't mean you need to take your hate out on a customer who simply walks through the door and says in a friendly manner "Hey, how's it going?" (A friendly customer who has always, always, without fail, generously tipped previous employees of this establishment who were, ya know, basically nice & decent?) SO... if you like being glared at with the most hateful expression ever for 10 seconds before being spoken to like you've just killed their grandma with a lifeless, affectless, "How can I help you?" THIS is your place! For all the masochists out there... So, I tried again... "Hi!!!!" and again was hatefully glared at, followed by "How can I help you?" with the MOST disdainful, ugly tone of voice. As me simply opening the door and walking in was the bane of this person's existence. Yeah, bro, that's a no go. At that point I might or might not have said something rather cheeky and rude in my shocked and appalled state. In hindsight, I wish I would've said something along the lines of "You could 'help' me by treating me as a human being, please." But maybe, I should think positively, and give this biz the benefit of the doubt and some props? Maybe they're employing people on the autism spectrum who can't help they don't follow polite societal norms? If that's the case, then the owner really ought to give workshops on how to interact with the general public for these employees. As for me? I also slave at a job I'm not too fond of, but I would NEVER in a million years dream of taking out my disdain on an innocent customer. So I happily drove to another iPhone store in Eureka where I plopped down $150 for what I needed as there was NO WAY in hell I was going to give this business money after being so atrociously treated. No way.
