Today's customer service has me now actively searching for a new provider. I pay $600 a month for several phones and internet service, all will be switched! Went in to talk about my US Cell bill because I was being billed by US Cellular and TMobile for the same service and Skyler proceeded to tell me that he couldn't cancel a service provided by US Cellular. The same service that I "upgraded" and they put it thru TMobile (he failed to tell me that I was responsible for cancelling the US Cellular internet) when calling in to talk to someone at US Cellular she told me he had every right to call in and help me cancel said service. He was such an arrogant ass and not helpful in anyway. I asked about several items on my bill and he said he couldn't help me. Then WTF are you doing sitting there??? No one in the office would even look up and offer any help. I asked for a manager and she conveniently was in.

Everything seemed to be going alright with the store employee Nate at first, but then was told we would have to pay their final bill in full, even though it was the middle of the billing cycle, he reached out to someone and agreed that wasn't correct so that issue corrected. Then as he is closing their current account to move it to the prepaid side, a mysterious computer issue and now it's locked up. So we are now almost 3 hours in with no service either way! Phones are off and still have no postpaid or prepaid service. About 3 seconds away from saying leave it off and taking them to cricket and paying the $200 for new phones and just being done! Buyer SERIOUSLY beware! Have now found out this is freaking sales manager! He has now had to ask another employee to help...this is ridiculous. DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE!

Freddie sold me 2 iphone XR & a service plan/hotspot. He talked me into trading in my 2 Iphone 7+ (128gb) & he said if I had ANY problems I had 14 days to return the new phones for refund & get MY phones back. He did NOT give me any money for MY phones, but put a "Credit" on my account. I was there until nearly closing time. When I got home I had ZERO reception, ZERO hotspot. I returned Sunday morning at 11:45 (they open at noon). Freddie informed me I would get a refund check (over $400+) on their THIRD billing cycle!! In addition, HE REFUSED TO RETURN MY PHONES TO ME! He said they were no longer MY phones, they were HIS!!
