We went in to get my wife a new phone and bring her into AT&T from T Mobile. Our first visit was…read moregood until we had learned later we were not informed of some very important things. We were not made aware of a "buyback" or "restocking" fee. We were told we had 14 days to try out something and if we weren't satisfied we could come back and find something else no charge. This was not the case as we came back and were told there would be a 50$+ fee to switch phones. We were lied to by the employee, which could've been a simple mistake, but a costly one for us. We would expect the store to come in and reimburse us for such a fee we were not made aware of but that was not an option. We will be exploring better options the next time we are in the market for cellular.

I had…read morevisited several AT&T stores and kiosks at Sam's Club in several locations and was told at each one that they could order one for me. I preferred to wait until a location had the phone in stock and could do the activation and data transfer for me instead of having not-too tech-savvy me attempt to do it. This location is an authorized retailer, not owned and operated by AT&T. I entered and asked if they had the iPhone 13 in stock, and was pleased to hear that they did. The employee and I quickly chose the model and color, and the amount of exchange allowed on my phone. I then waited while the employee did all of the steps needed to get the phone activated and transfer my data to it. Another employee was kind enough to offer me bottled water to enjoy while I waited. Over good experience.

I ran into an issue that was beyond my expertise so I called to get some assistance. spoke to 2 different Ryan's the first day and they promised me that the tech would call me back shortly. With buisness at a stand still, no call back! called the next morning and actually got someone named Chris on the phone. I explained what was going on and he told me the techs were not in for at least another hour, but he would mark it priority for them to call me back. 3 hours went by, buisness still greatly crippled by the issue with the computer, and no call. Frustrated, I called Best Buy. One 45 minute call and we were back up and running again at full capacity. If you have a problem with your pc, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS GROUP OF INCOMPETENT PEOPLE!! Oh, by the way, they NEVER CALLED BACK AT ALL!!! Forgotten about and neglected when my Buisness and livelihood were on the line! You people are a joke and if the owner knows what's good for him, he should start re-staffing immediately, or prepare to go bankrupt because the employees don't care about his customers or his money!

I took the phone first to Best Buy. The gentleman there told me that he could not authenticate the battery so he suggested that I contact Apple to get their recommendation. I contacted Apple and Apple told me to take the iPhone to university PC, the Apple representative scheduled me an appointment with University PC and they would have it repaired well when I got there a young man was helping me. He asked another representative for help who was working with another gentleman at the end of the counter a question about my phone as he and I talked. The other representative said you're gonna have to pay to get this phone fixed for that battery because Apple doesn't pay for battery I told him excuse me Apple sent me there and they said they would have the battery replaced besides I have AppleCare on the phone . He then said well you won't have to pay for the battery but if you want this phone fix you're gonna have to leave it right now. I asked him what am I supposed to do without a phone? He said not his problem so I told him that wasn't gonna happen because Apple said they would fix the battery and I told him that was not going to working Apple said they would replace the phone if I could not get it fixed there so now Apple is going to replace my new phone with another new phone. Right now I'm feeling some kinda way about my last visit I called Apple and explained what had happened and why I couldn't leave my phone in that place. Apple representative apologized for the situation ( which she didn't have to, but it made things lighter, it was appreciated) she said she understood and they would make the arrangement to exchange my phone . Anyway the first representative I started with he did try. To him thank you for trying to put things at ease.

I initially purchased an iPhone 16 from this location along with a screen protector and case. The…read moresales representative quickly swiped my card and dismissed me. This is the first Verizon who did not even offer to help put on the screen protector I purchased from them. However, the real issue was they were so quick to swipe my card and dismiss me from their store that they did not even transfer my number from my old phone or help me set up my sims card. This is all while knowing I was unable to use or access my old phone. Since I had a 24hr EMS shift the next morning I spent the next few days unable to call or contact anyone until I could make it back to the Verizon store. When I returned, the staff appeared irritated and did not seem happy about providing service. When I had to return for a fourth time because not all of my contacts had transferred to the new phone they initially said I would have to spend $40 if I wanted their help. Keep in mind I had already spent over $400 at this location and had to return four different times. Safe to say this is the worst and most stressful experience I have ever had with customer service and do not recommend anyone to get a phone from here. They are quick to swipe your card and do not take the time to make sure you have everything set up the way you need.
