Great Service for old bikes, took my 2003 Silverwing in and got complete new brake system and a cylinder that was damaged, also 2 new front forks. John was straight forward from the beginning gave me a ballpark of what I would pay and things I would need to expect and how much time it would take. Also my parking brake is old so I had it towed over night to the location because it was stuck closed and John disengaged the parking brake for me for free. Bike runs awesome went in feeling like a trash can on wheels and left riding like a new bike. I will bring my bike back for major repairs they gained a customer and I will tell anyone about them and recommend them to these guys. read more

My husband and I went in 5/27/14 to look around at some bikes. We went in and was immediately greeted and shown around. The owner and his wife were knowledgable and respectful. They weren't trying to sell us on everything or hovering as we looked over the different options. When it came to purchasing the bike we chose the owner worked with us on price. After purchase the wife made us a great deal on a helmet! Went here to purchase a beginner's first motorcycle . Excellent customer service from both the owner and his son, who he indicated would be taking over the business once he retires. Very personable and we didn't feel judged for being newbies to the motorcycle family. (we've been to another place where we were treated like an annoyance as first-time buyers) We had to run home before making the purchase, and they took the time to call us to make sure we were really coming back buy the bike because someone had come right after we left that really wanted the same bike. Horrible shop. They over charge the bend my carburetor pins and loosened my spark plugs so I would pay work extra work I didnt need. If you want to be over charged this is the place to go. read more

staff is friendly and they make you feel at home. Got home after buying my Harley Davidson and noticed the seat was not bolted, not Loose, but unbolted it was just seating there with nothing but the weight of my butt holding it. Brought it back the next day and Big John apologized and said he would take care of it right away. They ordered the part that was MISSING from the beginning and repaired it. Took 5 days to get my bike back. Finally get it back take it for a two hour ride park it on my driveway that night and the next morning find a huge oil leak running down my brand new driveway. Needless to say I was not happy. Call Big JOHN he apologize told me he new exactly what it was and came to my house to pick up the bike the next day. He showed me the oil line that broke and told me he had replaced it himself and had probably tightened the clamp too tight. Told me he would overnight the line and take care of it. It took a little over a week to get my bike back. The oil line that was put in originally was missing the heat shield and that's why it broke, now this line is right in front of the rear tire, if that oil line breaks while I'm riding at 60MPH I would not have a good day. They fixed the bike and offered to give me an extended warranty and my first maintenance free. I took it to a Harley Davidson shop to get a 19 point inspection to make sure it was safe to ride. They found a couple of other things to include it had the wrong part for the seat (they couldn't get the seat off to check the battery) and a few other minor things. After some arguing Big JOHN agreed to pay for the maintenance at HD and cover the cost of repairing what the inspection found. They are nice people had no problem taking care of customers but my concern is in my experience the lack of attention to details from their mechanics and what I suspect to be a cutting corners attitude when it comes to fixing bikes. I would not feel safe knowing that they worked on my bike. So go ahead and buy from them but make sure someone else checks the bike to make sure is safe and I would not recommend having the maintenance done here. read more

This place is a joke. Went in to get a tube put in my Son's dirt bike tire and was quoted $75 - $100 , depending on if there was a rim lock or not wow ok . Went out to get the rim and tire and Kris Kringle junior decided to wait on another customer for the tag and title service division of this hole in the wall bike shop. "feel free to look around" Kris Kringle said so I spent 15-20 minutes looking at a dilapidated selection of bikes some with flat tires others with battery boosters attached and well all overpriced. Yikes! looking around made me somewhat apprehensive about letting this place even attempt a simple tube replacement. Anyhow once Kris was done flirting with his tag and title customer I was ready to bend over and let him ream me on the tube job. But wait the phone rang and it was a customer interested in one of the used bike hole in the wall other services that being the rental of a u haul. So while Kris rudely ignored me once again and went on to this phone customer I had seen enough and gathered up my rim and tire and slipped away. I had seen enough and thank goodness went on to get the job done cheaper and more professionally in less time than I had unduly wasted at the used bike hole in the wall, drive through wedding, rent a u haul, junk removal, tag and title, Little johnny on the spot place. Went there several years ago to buy a bike. The owner was extremely rude and basically walked us out the door because we were past closing time. We went there with full intentions to bring a bike home. But the bikes looked much worse than in the pictures. There was no attempt on their end to try to make a sale. Instead the guy just touted how he had 30 years experience and the bikes were worth much more than listed. I will never go back. read more

So there are bike shops and then there are bike shops. These guys - big John , little John and Aaron are awesome. I've bought three bikes from them. Had them do service work and also purchased accessories. They have always done me right. Good deals. Solid work. But here's the best part. Over the ten years that I have been dealing with them there have been two times when I was broken down. Big John has hitched up the trailer and come got me off the side of the road. He has never charged me for picking me up. This morning I called him at 8:30 and he was there picking my bike up by 9:15. He did the repair and I picked up my bike at 2 pm. This is a man of his word and I trust him completely with purchasing a used bike. Believe me this is hard to find. read more
