I went there about 1 yr ago because I was having trouble with the key I had and wanted to check it out. I was given the key to check and had it in my hands. I was told I couldn't get it to keep until it was paid off. I called to obtain it and now they don't have it or know what happened to it. They refuse to compensate and said you have a key. I was talked to like a child and she actual asked if I had a key given to me when I purchased it. As though I had been driving this whole time without one. She said "well that should be a big red truck". They have no ethics and the rudest employees I have ever dealt with. The car has had a transmission issue since I bought it and they stated they looked at it and couldn't find a problem. The car needed a coolant system placed on and it was all over the internet where nissan knew about the issue but did not do a recall. They refused to listen to me or investigate the problem. I have battled with this the entire time. I would NOT recommend anyone purchasing a vehicle with them. Unless you like to pay for cars that they will not stand by and like talking with very rude women in their office. Oh and dont forget getting lied to also. I would give them negative stars if possible. Don't stop there, keep looking....

So we were overcharged. In less than 24 hours we wanted to take this 'new' car back. They absolutely refused to do it and would not return my car that we traded in. Now in the two months that we've had this "new" car we have had nothing but problems dealing with these people. Part of our deal was to repair the liftgate which wasn't working properly and was very noisy on this 'new' vehicle. After waiting 5 weeks, and having taken the car back twice for repairs, they finally got all the parts in and fixed the liftgate. But while the vehicle was there they cracked the windshield and then refused to repair it. These are your typical awful car salesmen/people that you hear about but hope to never encounter! Everything from the sales people to the managers to the service people are horrible. One service technician was so rude and disrespectful that I requested to speak with the service manager two different times to no avail! I finally had enough and told the salesman and service that I would not speak with anyone there any further. I stated to have a service manager call my husband. After several days a service advisor called my husband back. But first I had to deal with a rude service person over the phone, who also left me an incredibly bizarre voicemail prior. The service manager would not do anything to take care of this and just said it was unfortunate and we had to go to our insurance company about it! We are both livid and considering taking them to Small Claims Court. We'll see... I would just stay away from this business. They certainly don't cater to locals like us and definitely are in it only for the sales money coming in and don't care whether you come back for service with them. I would steer clear of these people and this dealership. It's not worth all the risks in dealing with them.
