I then went to Basics and drove 2 cars, and purchased 1 of them. This may not seem like a big deal to whomever is reading this review- but I have been searching for a decent used car for less than $10,000 for over a month. I've been from Nashville to Bowling Green, and everywhere in between. They've been in business for years and there is no question why, Z was honest and fair- he answered every question I had honestly. They sell good cars at a good price. TOW TRUCK charges are your responsibility to pay upfront at time of the tow, and IGO will reimburse you up to $150 after you submit the receipt to them for reimbursement. Absolutely NO roadside service available anymore. And all repairs that are needed on the vehicle that are outside of the warranty coverage will be $100 deductible ONLY if you have the $20 extra p/week coverage. I purchased a car from them out of the BG lot. This lot has closed now. I called to get my key that…read morethey were holding in my file until I paid off with the finance company. I went there about 1 yr ago because I was having trouble with the key I had and wanted to check it out. I was given the key to check and had it in my hands. I was told I couldn't get it to keep until it was paid off. I called to obtain it and now they don't have it or know what happened to it. They refuse to compensate and said you have a key. I was talked to like a child and she actual asked if I had a key given to me when I purchased it. As though I had been driving this whole time without one. She said "well that should be a big red truck". They have no ethics and the rudest employees I have ever dealt with. The car has had a transmission issue since I bought it and they stated they looked at it and couldn't find a problem. The car needed a coolant system placed on and it was all over the internet where nissan knew about the issue but did not do a recall. They refused to listen to me or investigate the problem. I have battled with this the entire time. I would NOT recommend anyone purchasing a vehicle with them. Unless you like to pay for cars that they will not stand by and like talking with very rude women in their office. Oh and dont forget getting lied to also. I would give them negative stars if possible. Don't stop there, keep looking....
