I drove 6 hours with a trailer to purchase a motorcycle from this dealership based on how it was…read moreadvertised: "mint condition," one owner, clean title, garage kept, not a scratch. Before I even saw the bike, I was told: * Cash only * Paperwork was already prepared * I was asked to sign before inspecting the motorcycle * I was not allowed to test ride Once I finally inspected the bike in person, the condition did not match the advertisement: * Visible rust on the frame * Rust in the rear * Corroded and worn hardware/screws * Clearly not "mint" and not "no scratches / garage kept" as described When I calmly pointed out the issues and asked why none of this was disclosed beforehand, the seller became angry and defensive and claimed he "didn't know" and that it was "normal." This was a complete waste of time, fuel, and effort after traveling six hours based on inaccurate information. I walked away because the motorcycle was not as advertised and the pressure to sign and pay cash before inspection was unacceptable. I am leaving this review so others don't make the same long trip under false expectations.

Stay Clear of this place at all costs. I went to go buy a 2009 Mercedes E350 vin number…read moreWDBUF87X09B372052 from this dealer. Drove 4 hours there to check it out and the car was in total disrepair. Brakes were noisy where they just slapped some cheap pads on it. The car shook like crazy when applying the brake pedal and I noticed that the front end looked like it was poorly repaired. I asked them if it had ever been in an an accident and they said it never had been and its all original paint. After about 30 minutes going back and forth I finally had them run the carfax and wouldn't you know it was involved in a front end collision. These guys will tell you anything to try and take your money. Overall it was a total waste of time and I left empty handed.

There are many things that went wrong with my purchase of a vehicle from Fellini Auto in…read morePittsburgh, PA. The short story is that the staff at Fellini's provided inaccurate information, hid other info and then were in general less than responsive when I reached out to work thru the problems. Number one -on the day of my purchase an error message was appearing inside the vehicle that said the passenger side air bag was not engaged. I asked at that time if that meant it wouldn't deploy in an accident. I was told that the code (that they checked) confirmed that it was only a bad sensor and that the air-bag would definitely deploy. This was simply a lie. Later when I had it repaired, it was confirmed that the bad sensor would keep it from deploying. So - accepting that as the answer quite literally put any of my passengers at risk if an accident would have occurred. Number Two - When running that code for me, they would have seen another that provided information about a broken heating/cooling element that was NOT working. The car threw scolding hot air thru the vents to the back seat. No one called this out to me or made me aware of the existing condition. The repair was over $2,000 -because the parts that needed to be replaced were deep inside the dashboard. (I had three different estimates from three separate garages). The third lie was regarding the extended warranty. I was told the warranty cost of $2,000 would be added to my car payment and if I wanted to cancel the warranty a check would be made out to me and I could pay it out over the life of the loan. I canceled the warranty to cover my unplanned $2,000 repair -and then was told they would pay the bank and not directly pay me. From early October until quite literally 12/31/24 I was emailing and texting every single day to a) obtain information, b) make them aware that I now knew the real health of the car they sold me, and c) give them a chance to offer to help me with the repair costs. They often ignored my communications completely, or only replied with minimum context -not actually answering my questions/ offering any aide. They also denied any liability and took zero accountability. They only offered to help if I didn't cancel my warranty -and then said they couldn't if I cancelled it. (Probably because they lost that commission). Burned by the purchase of the car I didn't want the warranty anymore -and I could more easily live with the $2k in repairs if I skipped the $2k warranty. Also they didn't offer an amount of any kind, just said we may be able to assist w/ the repair and called my estimates absurd. In a nutshell - this is everyone's nightmare when they shop for a used vehicle. An incredibly deceitful dealership out for themselves who have no interest in being fair and making a living while still being honest. I was astounded that it took so long to get the small amount of answers I needed -and how often I was texting and emailing w/ NOTHING GAINED. I am the kind of person who would have bought every car from them from now until the end of time if they had handled anything correctly. These guys are dirty thieves.

Tommy was very dishonest about the Lexus he sold us. It had many issues that he was well aware of…read morebut didn't disclose. He's a con man who has no problem taking advantage of people. The day after I got my car from this lot, the air conditioning stopped working (it was the evaporator that was bad and he was aware of it). The lot paid for the part, which was a little over $100, but the process of replacing the part is very labor intensive and expensive and we could not afford it. Fast forward a month or so later, the car would not start. Almost $2,000 later, the car is still not running correctly and won't make it out of the driveway. We found a mechanic recommended by Tommy who has been nothing but helpful, but he agreed that the best course of action is to get rid of the Lexus. We were in a very bad situation and Tommy took advantage of that. We were pretty desperate for a car after my BMW (which we traded in here for the Lexus) stopped being reliable. He ripped us off on the trade and will continue to do that to others! Do not do business with these people. You will get screwed over.

I wish I could give zero stars. This place is a rip-off waiting to happen. We purchased a car in…read moreOctober and the next week started to have problems. The owner, Bob, wanted nothing to do with us. He pawned us off to a mechanic who said there was a litany of problems with the car. We took it back to Bob and he agreed to have them fixed. We thought he did until a month later (we rarely drove the car), when there were more problems. Guess what? At that point it was past the 30 day warranty bumper to bumper. Bob YELLED at my fiance and threw, yes threw, a paper at her saying its our responsibility now. The paper had a list of three mechanics to talk to. They never returned our calls and never offered to fix what THEY did wrong. A month later, we started getting water in the front well. Yes WATER! We, at our own expense, took it to one of the places he mentioned. They said they fixed it but water was now coming in the back. We couldn't drive the car for 2 months over the winter but when spring came, we decided to take it to a mechanic locally. There were several inches of water UNDER the back seat. The water had burned out an electronic controller. They said there were other problems INCLUDING tires that were worn to the threads. What the hell kind of place sells such horrible KNOWN to be bad vehicles to unsuspecting customers? Used Car World and Bob Fallon. When we took it to a VW dealer, there was too many repairs to name. It would cost more than what I owed on the car (still $6k). We traded the POS in and got a very reputable car from Day Apollo - a MUCH better experience. If you want terrible service AFTER the high pressure sale, go to Bob and his horrible business. If you wanted to be treated fairly, go anywhere else.
