I bought my 2009 Lincoln MKS from unity auto sales. The price was great and so was the service. The saleswoman in the office was knowledgable and transparent through the sale. Warranty prices were also affordable compared to some other lots I looked at. Would recommend

Unlike others on here, my experience with the service advisers has been positive. On Wednesday morning at 7am, they were friendly and welcoming. They were done with my vehicle faster than I expected. The new waiting room in the showroom building is much better than when the waiting room was down in the service building. I just wish there were a few comfortable seats away from the TV for people who prefer to read rather than watch the Today show.

After moving, I only used Kenny Ross for service because my car was new and they were the closest dealership. I had numerous issues with them, but the biggest one happened when I went in for an inspection, oil change, and tire rotation. They said I failed the inspection because of my lug nuts. I told them that they were the only folks to touch those besides the other place once, but I thought it was reasonable for me to pay to replace. They charged me $300 for lug nuts, they included labor even though I was paying for a tire rotation already. I let them know that I felt that was excessive, but I didn't argue much. I just thought to myself, "this will be my last time coming here"! A year later, I went to Apex auto on the south side for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection. Guess what? It failed due to bad lug nuts. I told Apex that it could not be correct, because I just replaced them a year ago. They took me into the shop a proved that my lug nuts were never replaced. They charged me less than $100 to replace them. Kenny Ross rips people off. They stole $300 dollars from me. I let people know as often as I can. DO NOT TRUST THIS CORRUPT BUSINESS! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Before I even saw the bike, I was told: * Cash only * Paperwork was already prepared * I was asked to sign before inspecting the motorcycle * I was not allowed to test ride Once I finally inspected the bike in person, the condition did not match the advertisement: * Visible rust on the frame * Rust in the rear * Corroded and worn hardware/screws * Clearly not "mint" and not "no scratches / garage kept" as described When I calmly pointed out the issues and asked why none of this was disclosed beforehand, the seller became angry and defensive and claimed he "didn't know" and that it was "normal." This was a complete waste of time, fuel, and effort after traveling six hours based on inaccurate information. I walked away because the motorcycle was not as advertised and the pressure to sign and pay cash before inspection was unacceptable. I am leaving this review so others don't make the same long trip under false expectations.

Drove 4 hours there to check it out and the car was in total disrepair. Brakes were noisy where they just slapped some cheap pads on it. The car shook like crazy when applying the brake pedal and I noticed that the front end looked like it was poorly repaired. I asked them if it had ever been in an an accident and they said it never had been and its all original paint. After about 30 minutes going back and forth I finally had them run the carfax and wouldn't you know it was involved in a front end collision. These guys will tell you anything to try and take your money. Overall it was a total waste of time and I left empty handed.

BUYER BEWARE: Sold an Unsafe, Defective Vehicle & Refused Refund Within 24 Hours…read more Do not buy a vehicle from Fellini Auto Sales unless you want to be scammed out of thousands of dollars. On Friday, July 10, 2026, I purchased a 2012 BMW 535i from this lot, paying $11,000 via debit card (plus a 2% processing fee, totaling $11,220). Within less than 24 hours of driving it off the lot, the vehicle suffered catastrophic, dangerous mechanical and electrical failures. By that evening, the exhaust was heavily smoking. The next morning, the engine began making severe mechanical noises, the dashboard lights completely blacked out while driving, the turn signals stopped operating safely, and the Check Engine Light came on.An independent electronic diagnostic scan pulled BMW Fault Code P12A9 (Boost Pressure Sensor: Pressure Too High), confirming a severe, progressive turbocharger overboost condition that creates extreme internal engine pressure. A cluster of catastrophic failures like this does not magically appear overnight through normal driving. This was an un-disclosed, pre-existing condition that was clearly masked or temporarily cleared right before the sale just to get the car off the lot. When I contacted management to formally revoke my acceptance and demand a refund for a vehicle that is fundamentally illegal and unsafe to drive, they refused. They tried to hide behind a boilerplate "As-Is" waiver, claiming that because they gave a small discount, they are not responsible for selling a broken car. Under Pennsylvania law, an "As-Is" waiver does not give a dealership a license to commit fraudulent concealment or hide major safety defects. They also tried to lure me back to their own service department for a "goodwill inspection"--likely to clear the computer's historical freeze-frame data and destroy the evidence of when the code first triggered. I flatly refused. This business engages in deceptive trade practices and has zero integrity. I have already filed an official fraud complaint with the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Bureau of Consumer Protection and am handing the case over to a consumer rights attorney to pursue treble (triple) damages under the PA Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law (UTPCPL).Save your money, save your time, and stay far away from Fellini Auto Sales. They will take your money and leave you stranded with a broken, smoking vehicle.

The day after I got my car from this lot, the air conditioning stopped working (it was the evaporator that was bad and he was aware of it). The lot paid for the part, which was a little over $100, but the process of replacing the part is very labor intensive and expensive and we could not afford it. Fast forward a month or so later, the car would not start. Almost $2,000 later, the car is still not running correctly and won't make it out of the driveway. We found a mechanic recommended by Tommy who has been nothing but helpful, but he agreed that the best course of action is to get rid of the Lexus. We were in a very bad situation and Tommy took advantage of that. We were pretty desperate for a car after my BMW (which we traded in here for the Lexus) stopped being reliable. He ripped us off on the trade and will continue to do that to others! Do not do business with these people. You will get screwed over.

The owner, Bob, wanted nothing to do with us. He pawned us off to a mechanic who said there was a litany of problems with the car. We took it back to Bob and he agreed to have them fixed. We thought he did until a month later (we rarely drove the car), when there were more problems. Guess what? At that point it was past the 30 day warranty bumper to bumper. Bob YELLED at my fiance and threw, yes threw, a paper at her saying its our responsibility now. The paper had a list of three mechanics to talk to. They never returned our calls and never offered to fix what THEY did wrong. A month later, we started getting water in the front well. Yes WATER! We, at our own expense, took it to one of the places he mentioned. They said they fixed it but water was now coming in the back. We couldn't drive the car for 2 months over the winter but when spring came, we decided to take it to a mechanic locally. There were several inches of water UNDER the back seat. The water had burned out an electronic controller. They said there were other problems INCLUDING tires that were worn to the threads. What the hell kind of place sells such horrible KNOWN to be bad vehicles to unsuspecting customers? Used Car World and Bob Fallon. When we took it to a VW dealer, there was too many repairs to name. It would cost more than what I owed on the car (still $6k). We traded the POS in and got a very reputable car from Day Apollo - a MUCH better experience. If you want terrible service AFTER the high pressure sale, go to Bob and his horrible business. If you wanted to be treated fairly, go anywhere else.
