Where to start? I will never go here again. I bought a new 2020 Ford Escape in March of 2021. When I bought the car they lost a set of keys and never put the "Escape" "SE" "AWD" or "Eco Boost" decals on the vehicle. They ordered me another key and ended up finding the one they lost so I ended up with three keys. They also ordered the decals and told me they would put them on. This was solved after months of calling them. It is 4/10/2024, my vehicle has less than 18 thousand miles on it and not only have I had to put new tires on it already but now I am getting errors coming up saying "AWD Fault Service Requested", "AWD Off", and "See Manual" I had to call Kenny Ross multiple times to even be able to talk to anyone. They are telling me I am out of my warranty and it will be $200 for them to just look at it. This place has nothing but disappointments and I wish you the best if you purchase anything from them. The GM reached out to me when you saw my review on Google and said "Hi Paul, this is John Eberlein, GM, at Kenny Ross Ford South, I saw your review, how can I help the your situation in service? Maybe trading it in might be the best course of action." They also now have my warranty start as 10/2020 when I bought it 3/21 because it was apparently a loaner with 150 miles on it. This is news to me because they never told me that. Literally every time I speak with someone there I find another issue.

Before I even saw the bike, I was told: * Cash only * Paperwork was already prepared * I was asked to sign before inspecting the motorcycle * I was not allowed to test ride Once I finally inspected the bike in person, the condition did not match the advertisement: * Visible rust on the frame * Rust in the rear * Corroded and worn hardware/screws * Clearly not "mint" and not "no scratches / garage kept" as described When I calmly pointed out the issues and asked why none of this was disclosed beforehand, the seller became angry and defensive and claimed he "didn't know" and that it was "normal." This was a complete waste of time, fuel, and effort after traveling six hours based on inaccurate information. I walked away because the motorcycle was not as advertised and the pressure to sign and pay cash before inspection was unacceptable. I am leaving this review so others don't make the same long trip under false expectations.

Drove 4 hours there to check it out and the car was in total disrepair. Brakes were noisy where they just slapped some cheap pads on it. The car shook like crazy when applying the brake pedal and I noticed that the front end looked like it was poorly repaired. I asked them if it had ever been in an an accident and they said it never had been and its all original paint. After about 30 minutes going back and forth I finally had them run the carfax and wouldn't you know it was involved in a front end collision. These guys will tell you anything to try and take your money. Overall it was a total waste of time and I left empty handed.

Took it for a test drive, everything turned out smooth and proceeded with the purchase. They told me that the service desk would call me within a week for the windshield. 1-2 Weeks go past no call from the service desk. I call no answer multiple times. About 2-3 weeks after i had purchased the vehicle the siding started to come off. Took it to my uncle who is a mechanic and said they just glued it on. All the clips were missing so they just glued it to the door. This past week I had went on vacation. Drove to South Carolina for 6 days and then Virginia for 2 days. As I got to Virginia it had started to downpour. As i was getting off the highway I heard a noise that wasn't occurring at all until then. I thought it the suitcases in the back of my car until my boyfriend told me to pull over. I pulled over and my bumper is dragging on the road hanging by a thread. Glue all over the inside of it. Again, instead of replacing the part they just slapped on some glue and called it a day. This is my first time ever purchasing a car. The most terrible experience and service I have ever received. A former employee told me that they had repainted the car on the passenger side and the back of it after i had bought the car. I looked on Carfax to see if the car had been in an accident but nothing showed nor did the dealership tell me. All they told me was that the vehicle was in perfect condition. Do not waste your money to this company. They are just a bunch of crooks and liars who do it all for the money!

BUYER BEWARE: Sold an Unsafe, Defective Vehicle & Refused Refund Within 24 Hours…read more Do not buy a vehicle from Fellini Auto Sales unless you want to be scammed out of thousands of dollars. On Friday, July 10, 2026, I purchased a 2012 BMW 535i from this lot, paying $11,000 via debit card (plus a 2% processing fee, totaling $11,220). Within less than 24 hours of driving it off the lot, the vehicle suffered catastrophic, dangerous mechanical and electrical failures. By that evening, the exhaust was heavily smoking. The next morning, the engine began making severe mechanical noises, the dashboard lights completely blacked out while driving, the turn signals stopped operating safely, and the Check Engine Light came on.An independent electronic diagnostic scan pulled BMW Fault Code P12A9 (Boost Pressure Sensor: Pressure Too High), confirming a severe, progressive turbocharger overboost condition that creates extreme internal engine pressure. A cluster of catastrophic failures like this does not magically appear overnight through normal driving. This was an un-disclosed, pre-existing condition that was clearly masked or temporarily cleared right before the sale just to get the car off the lot. When I contacted management to formally revoke my acceptance and demand a refund for a vehicle that is fundamentally illegal and unsafe to drive, they refused. They tried to hide behind a boilerplate "As-Is" waiver, claiming that because they gave a small discount, they are not responsible for selling a broken car. Under Pennsylvania law, an "As-Is" waiver does not give a dealership a license to commit fraudulent concealment or hide major safety defects. They also tried to lure me back to their own service department for a "goodwill inspection"--likely to clear the computer's historical freeze-frame data and destroy the evidence of when the code first triggered. I flatly refused. This business engages in deceptive trade practices and has zero integrity. I have already filed an official fraud complaint with the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Bureau of Consumer Protection and am handing the case over to a consumer rights attorney to pursue treble (triple) damages under the PA Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law (UTPCPL).Save your money, save your time, and stay far away from Fellini Auto Sales. They will take your money and leave you stranded with a broken, smoking vehicle.

Very upset and dissatisfied with my experience with this dealership!!!…read more I purchased a certified pre-owned 2020 Toyota hatchback in February 2024, and aside from the salesperson--who was the only competent and professional person I dealt with--this dealership has been an absolute disaster. Everything after the sale was frustrating, deceptive, and left me feeling completely taken advantage of. I was initially given a clear and reasonable range of potential financing rates by the salesperson. That transparency disappeared the moment I sat down with the finance manager. The best rate he offered was worse than the worst-case scenario I had already been quoted, and I was told there was no room for negotiation. Only when I said I was prepared to walk away did he suddenly "find" a lower rate, while making a comment about how he "shouldn't be doing this." That kind of behavior is not only insulting, it's blatantly manipulative and dishonest. I left that interaction with zero trust and a very bad taste in my mouth. About a week after the purchase, I noticed a plastic piece missing from the side-view mirror. I provided proof that it was missing at the time of sale, yet the dealership refused to replace it and instead tried to charge me $37 to fix their own oversight. I ended up ordering the part myself and fixing it for under $20. This isn't about the money--it's about basic decency and accountability. Refusing to replace a cheap missing part on a so-called "certified" vehicle after someone spends tens of thousands of dollars is petty and unprofessional. The most alarming issue came during my first so-called "free" inspection in December 2024. At just 29,701 miles, I was told I needed new rear brakes and was charged $800--an outrageous and unjustifiable price for rear brakes on a Corolla, especially at that mileage and with the front brakes still untouched. A year later, I took my car to a trusted family mechanic because I will never return to this dealership again, and he is convinced the rear brakes were never replaced at all. They appear to still be the original factory brakes. This dealership has shown a consistent pattern of dishonesty and lack of transparency. I genuinely feel taken advantage of and have no reason to trust anything this dealership says or does. I would strongly warn others to avoid buying a vehicle or servicing one here. My boyfriend is currently shopping for a Toyota and will absolutely be steering clear of Ken Ganley Toyota. This has easily been the worst customer experience I've had anywhere.
