The clerk insisted the address did not exist in their system and that there was no way to mail it. I explained that I was certain the address was correct and suggested trying to put it in again, but the clerk was not interested in helping. I went to another post office and they had no issues with the address and were able to easily mail it. Avoid this post office if you don't want to waste time going to multiple post offices to complete a simple task.

I wasn't sure how many stamps I'd need for the oversized envelopes but she helped me figure it out, purchase stamps, and also got my packages shipped out. I was given a week timeline for standard shipping but much to my surprise, the packages were all delivered within 1-2 days. I got an email receipt each time one was delivered which gave me peace of mind, too. Each package only cost about $8 to ship which I thought was excellent. I recently shipped another, similarly sized package via UPS and it cost $20! I would definitely recommend this location if you want efficient shipping at a good price. I was very pleased with the customer service and patience the staff provided to me.

So there's that which I'm happy to retract, now that the truth has been revealed (by the vendor and in writing, albeit six months after they could've volunteered their part in this to avoid looking as [fill-in-the-blank] as USPS), in order to redirect accountability where it belongs. However, I will use this space to criticize this post office for allowing my late-December purchase to move forward in their delivery pipeline even though they couldn't scan it in their system to be tracked. I'm not sure who gave the green light to throw caution to the wind - and during one of the busiest times of the year - but it wasn't in anyone's best interest. Additionally, I have a problem with any USPS location not scanning mail they've picked up from a business into their USPS system asap for safety's sake. I don't know how much other customers buy with each purchase from this one vendor I've been talking about, but with free shipping for orders that are at least $50, you know how much me and some customers of this vendor are spending per order. Would you want your $50-plus dollars just lying around in a USPS bucket for at least 24 hours (what I've been told is the norm by this one vendor) without being able to track/trace it? Thank you. Finally, the following gripe of mine, saved from the updated yelp that I posted here earlier, still stands based on this and other questionable-to-negative experiences I've had these past six years with USPS: "USPS' Human Resources department is in dire need of overhauling how they select employees. While very few people grow up wanting to work for a government (or a private) courier service, there are plenty among them who will do the work with integrity regardless of whatever personal life choices they did or didn't make for themselves. Unless you're a masochist…read more I broke up with Timonium and started bringing my box (es) to the post office at Green Spring Station at Falls and Joppa. It is tiny, but gives mighty good service. If there is ever a line, it's moving quickly and the workers are patient and always professional. Last Christmas I witnessed a woman treat the clerk very disrespectfully, yet he remained friendly and calm. Today I saw the same clerk helping an elderly woman label and tape her packages. So kind and patient. Maybe I should tell readers to not go here! It's been my little secret for awhile. In and out has never been so satisfying!

I have probably been here about 10-15 times total, and always the same guy. Very patient, very clear with answers/options/solutions, knows what he's doing, and actually makes your day go smoother. I can't think of another post office that runs like that. Down-sides - It's a smaller location, so product selection is limited and sometimes there's a longer wait. The entrance/exit to the parking lot can be confusing.
