You often wait in a short line and then you done and out. No big deal. Delivery in other states has been fine too. But the delivery in the state of Maryland is really horrible. Rare to get mail on Fridays or Saturday. If a 3 day weekend, usually never get mail on Saturday. I thought, maybe it was just a bad carrier but, the carrier seems to change every delivery. This was confirmed multiple times when I ask. The street area I live on are added on and no regular carrier takes it. I saw 5 USPS trucks one time on every block. After a decade plus of terrible delivery, I read recently that the data on performance of USPS per state shows Maryland is DEAD LAST. So, it is the Postmaster of Maryland or this zip code that is the problem or; the USPS way of doing business for delivery in residential areas is the problem. But especially in Maryland.

I said I needed an email receipt and as I'm holding the electronic pen in my hand to select that option on the screen and type in the email address, she rushed through and just printed out a receipt for me. December 17th at 3:11pm i got a text from the postal carrier that my package was in my mailbox, at 3:21pm i checked my mailbox but no package. After making a claim, i got a call December 19th stating that they couldn't locate my package and would issue a refund. Last year I had a important mail coming, email showed it was scanned and out for delivery but it never showed up in my mailbox, that was a check. Either on the phone or in person every postal worker i contacted about each situation were very unapologetic and some down right rude..So i guess from now on I'll have to pay for different shipping i hope, but USPS this is unacceptable
