Unless you're a masochist…read more I broke up with Timonium and started bringing my box (es) to the post office at Green Spring Station at Falls and Joppa. It is tiny, but gives mighty good service. If there is ever a line, it's moving quickly and the workers are patient and always professional. Last Christmas I witnessed a woman treat the clerk very disrespectfully, yet he remained friendly and calm. Today I saw the same clerk helping an elderly woman label and tape her packages. So kind and patient. Maybe I should tell readers to not go here! It's been my little secret for awhile. In and out has never been so satisfying!

I have probably been here about 10-15 times total, and always the same guy. Very patient, very clear with answers/options/solutions, knows what he's doing, and actually makes your day go smoother. I can't think of another post office that runs like that. Down-sides - It's a smaller location, so product selection is limited and sometimes there's a longer wait. The entrance/exit to the parking lot can be confusing.

The woman behind the counter are unprofessional and rude. Comments being made about "Why is she even here, did she even book an appointment. we are closed?" completely unbelievably unnecessary. When I've waited in line for 15 mins over the actual appointment time. When asked to speak to a manager she mentioned that I was mad about the Incorrect Photo that she told me to get from CVS. Not knowingly being aware of the fact that I've been unsatisfied from the level of introduction from the very start. Nobody greeted me said Hi or even asked what bought me in. But when other customers came in to get their passport serviced. The employees seemly shown favoritism and or excitement to service. Sad to see how poor we treat each other. These young ladies should understand professionalism, etiquette, and integrity to all customers who come to this post office. I will intentionally revist this location for the exact same service and expect better service. Update: Please go to Towson Public Library, for your passport needs. Why allow us to schedule an appointment if no one is available? The employees were helpful, suggesting two other post offices that could help us on a Saturday and calling one of them to ensure someone was available.

They deliver to this business everyday, yet they do not know when the business is open? I'm about to contact the seller to initiate a refund, and report to the authorities that the package was stolen. I will never again, buy anything from any business, that uses the USPS for shipping. Tomorrow will be the third delivery attempt, probably while the business is closed, AGAIN.
