With the current conditions we are faced with, the counterman was experiencing a problem with the check machine. Instead of being accommodating to the senior woman, this guy wanted to send her out to another location instead of walking 10 feet to the machine on the other counter. This is one example of what occurs on a regular basis when I have come in here. The folks here need to understand what customer service is. It is no wonder the postal system is operating in the red!!
