This has got to be the worst USPS I have ever seen in my life. Let me start by saying the way they treat people is totally unacceptable. The people they hire is horrid, and the way they act is unacceptable. I lived in an apartment complex and this apartment complex switched out all their mailboxes cause their old ones were beat up and run down. Midland USPS refuses to install their master key to be able to mail stuff to this apartment complex and would dump all their mail off to the hard working girls inside that worked for the apartment complex. One day I asked the mail man "sir do you have a package for "my name" " and he said "everything was left outside their door" when I went through I was seeing packages from high end companies, IRS paperwork, job information and personal information and this "mail man" left it outside for Greater midland to find. They WILL not walk up to your door and deliver your package cause they are all lazy and worthless. How are these people making it into this organization? I bought a $560 part for my truck and it's been 2 weeks AFTER the original delivery date and still no part. The company I do business with said "we chose USPS one time and this is what happens? Never again we are so sorry" businesses have to take the fall cause Midland USPS is worth less then the dirt between my toes. Going back to how they refuse to install their master key, it's been about a month and a half and recently in the past month I've heard they won't even show up. People are getting in HUGE amounts of trouble because important documents aren't being mailed to them. This location is worth nothing and needs to be checked up on. Needed a P.O. box setup and got in and out in about 8 minutes. Didn't have any surprise forms or id needed. Great job!

they left a slip in my box for a pkg delivery. I filled it out for a redelivery and, nothing. I scheduled a redelivery online, nothing. i filed a claim, a representative left a voicemail, she doesn't know why they won't redeliver so I should just go pick it up. There is almost always a long line of people. The workers sees annoyed and miserable. They will not look for a package for you from fedex: The usps phone live service indicates my packages is here as well as fed ex but the short Hispanic lady assured me it's not there. She told me fed ex does not deliver there, but I was told when we first got our PO Box just to put the post office address. We've had fed ex deliver there! I just let her lie but hate being told lies just to get shunned. I will be reporting this further. read more

This is unacceptable!!! A representative from that USPS location contacted me after I made a claim on my missing package and told me they were going to call me the next day to inform me about my package ... 2 days after and guess what??? No call , no package and I tried calling and NO ANSWER ! If you lost it just say that but don't keep me hanging waiting for a call or a response that will not come !!!!! Who reviews a post office? I do! Stopped in here today to sign up to get my mailbox keys and get some stamps. I came at a good time (around noon) because there was NO LINE! (I don't think I have ever been to a post office and NOT had a wait!) What set this experience apart from other USPS visits... was the amazing employee who helped me. I don't recall her name but the receipt says "Clerk: 04". She was so friendly, warm and helpful. I actually left in a better mood than I entered. Thanks Clerk 04! Keep being you! Aside from that... the decor might be due for a little update. The "Pepto Pink" is a little old fashioned. read more

The staff at this post office is ( cannot use foul language so) "interesting. Stood in line for 45 minutes to get mail resolved. Not getting mail at Midland Texas address. Told by clerk that a Supervisor would come to discuss. Never happened!!! Told reason no Supervisor came was???? They usually are here in the afternoon. Why did clerk tell me to wait for Supervisor then?! Yet another reason why I cannot wait to leave Midland Texas. This place is the definition of dysfunction!!! read more

They NEVER answer the phone. Never resolve issues! Our mail is delivered from this post office. We don't receive mail for 4-5 days at a time. Then we get everybody's mail, not just ours. Go to the Post Office location. Wait in LONG lines, no resolution. read more

I was hesitant to come to this location because of the bad reviews but I actually had a really positive experience! Came to forward an address and didn't wait longer than 5 minutes in line, everyone was really friendly and professional. Pleasantly surprised! read more

The ladies working behind the counter are EXTREMELY RUDE and should be flipping burgers...not working customer service. And TWICE, in the span of a month, the delivery guy has managed to lose my package between the time he had it in his truck to the time he returned back to the post office because I was not there to accept my package...as I was at work. The first time they finally found my package, after searching for 45 minutes. HOWEVER I'm STILL waiting for them to find my second package, and nobody has called me back (like I'd been promised) or even made any further attempt to locate my package.
