Being a retiree, I am without tech backup, and I didn't want to pay for Adobe Acrobat software to open a pdf file, so I took my issue to Pack and Post. Crystal and Donna took it from there. They were able to process my E-mail docs, open them up, print them, get all signatures, scan the docs again, and E-mail them back not only to me but to the law firm as well. I had pictured an entire day running here and there, and the whole process at Pack and Post took less than a half hour. The price was very reasonable, and I will go back again. This business is truly a gem in the Homosassa, Florida community. I highly recommend their services!

Especially with an employee named Joe who works hard and is constantly there taking care of customers. On 618 2026 I went into the store to get a notary. At about one o'clock in the afternoon and was greeted by a woman that stated that the individual that does notaries was out sick. There are more than one individual in the store. That can do notaries and that this is a service. Issued. And available to customers that use the UPS store. There should be absolutely no excuse whatsoever that a notary is not on duty during business hours in that store. As a result, I drove 26 miles to get a notary that I couldn't get today. The girl that addressed this with me told me I could drive 52 miles. That's a round trip to Crystal River, Florida, to get the notary that should have taken me five minutes in that store. This is unacceptable behavior and the clerk delivered that message to me. As if she enjoyed it, and I found that extremely. Complexing and. Offensive.

I asked this company for a quote to move from Las Vegas to Deltona, FL. After three weeks of calling and asking what was going on, I had to give up even though I had already sent them a list of the items to move supported by photos. I called several times and the person never answered the phone; I could only speak with who I believe was a receptionist. They kept promising that I would receive a call back the same day, but that never happened. In the end, I thank God that I will not be moving with them, because if they cannot even provide a quote, I can only imagine the problems I would have had with an actual move.
