This is a large post office that could do with more staff to handle volume, especially around peak…read moretimes. For example, this morning at around 11.45 am, the line had around 10 people but only one person actively working the service counter. I use this location a lot, and it's easy to see why staff and customers can get quite stressed when lines are long and processing takes longer than it should. At other times, there is no line at all -- so really avoid early morning and lunch time. The roadworks outside this location have now finished which makes parking much easier and there are spaces directly outside the building. This is a large location that also has PO Boxes and a small store that sells shipping supplies.

You can't call them to see if there's a problem ( they refuse to answer the phone) the carriers seem to have trouble with numbers and addresses when delivering mail or they just don't care (strictly in it for a paycheck). I truly get about 5-6 different people's mail daily none of which is my own. This may not be the fault of all the carriers on this route off of Proctor Rd. but the point is it happens more than it doesn't! Just about every day, every other day... what's the problem? Did you even look in your mail box or ask your neighbors? Or did you just come here first?" to "we can't do much after it has been delivered. If it is still issuing you need to call who you ordered it from/who sent it and see if they have the correct address." Then they are calling the next person in line. Those items were never found and no one at the office can even call back or find a manager to fill out a lost mail slip to try to find the missing items. Megan the current "post master" was caught allowing her carriers to drive to homeowners home to…read moretheir physical address and leave mail when a certified letter wasn't signed for or picked up . the certified letter was NEVER signed by the homeowner of the mailbox and was RTS on 5-25-2026 .The certified letter was found inside the homeowners mailbox on 6-7-2026 . when the homeowner took the letter to the post office and spoke to Megan the post master she told us that she allows them to deliver it to the address on envelope ! this is a federal offense and is not allowed . what else is she doing being out back with our mail ! she also allowed her carrier to open a mailbox for another women who does not have a key to the owners mailbox . to place something inside the home owners mailbox ! Megan the post master was caught allowing her carriers to drive to physical address on the letter she is a messy post master and if anyone else has an issue call the Inspector general ASAP . report her asap at Osprey location . it is illegal and a federal offense to have any mail carrier open a mailbox box for anyone that does not have a key!
