The White Marsh Police Precinct stated that they get at least one complaint a day regarding stolen checks from mail at the following three locations: Perry Hall Post Office, Nottingham Post Office, and Rosedale/Golden Ring Post Office. The post office is doing NOTHING about it. No cameras installed. No warnings to the public. In fact, when I spoke to the Perry Hall Post Office, they said they had put a sign on the blue box for people not to use it but they do anyway so the sign was removed LOL. Sooo you are ok with people being defrauded out of thousands of dollars? I said why don't you lock up the box or remove it - mail person said we can't do that. But you can put a sign on it that says don't use it LOL. I heard it is an internal ring operating across these three post offices. You can't step on someone's property without a Ring camera catching you but the USPS can't install cameras to monitor the mail workers and blue boxes?

Somehow my packages get to her much faster than when my parents mail from their post office (also in Maryland). The first time I went and was completely lost with figuring out how to mail something internationally, they were very patient and helpful. Even if there is a line (there rarely is when I go) it moves quickly. The ladies working the counter are nice and never seem overwhelmed even when some cranky customers who can't wait longer than 45 seconds get up to them. Added bonus, my favorite grocery store Aldi is in the same parking lot. There's also a cute coffee/pastry shop and Baskin Robbins.

Not knowingly being aware of the fact that I've been unsatisfied from the level of introduction from the very start. Nobody greeted me said Hi or even asked what bought me in. But when other customers came in to get their passport serviced. The employees seemly shown favoritism and or excitement to service. Sad to see how poor we treat each other. These young ladies should understand professionalism, etiquette, and integrity to all customers who come to this post office. Why allow us to schedule an appointment if no one is available? When I asked what their name was, and told them I have all of this on video. They told me it wasn't necessary so they wouldn't watch it and hung up on me. Never once was it mentioned that my service be interrupted. Only for me to come home after work today to a note saying my mail service was suspended. This is clearly retaliation for me filing a complaint. Mind you my family has owed this home for 20 years. Heather is an excellent mail carrier and we had never had any issues in all the years we have been here. I don't know the name of the person who threatened me and was filing in for her but I haven't gotten mail for two days. And I'm not sure why this be allowed by management after I had to file a complaint and call the police for my own safety. I can't believe that they suspend my service and withhold my mail from being delivered. This is outrageous and I would like to be contacted by someone who can fix this. It's literally hard to believe this is happening but after reading these reviews I see I'm not alone.
