In fact, when I spoke to the Perry Hall Post Office, they said they had put a sign on the blue box for people not to use it but they do anyway so the sign was removed LOL. Sooo you are ok with people being defrauded out of thousands of dollars? I said why don't you lock up the box or remove it - mail person said we can't do that. But you can put a sign on it that says don't use it LOL. I heard it is an internal ring operating across these three post offices. You can't step on someone's property without a Ring camera catching you but the USPS can't install cameras to monitor the mail workers and blue boxes?

Which brings me to this past visit. I waited in line to ask how can I check on the status of my order, to only be told to wait for my delivery longer. Not knowingly being aware of the fact that I've been unsatisfied from the level of introduction from the very start. Nobody greeted me said Hi or even asked what bought me in. But when other customers came in to get their passport serviced. The employees seemly shown favoritism and or excitement to service. Sad to see how poor we treat each other. These young ladies should understand professionalism, etiquette, and integrity to all customers who come to this post office. I just had to send a package to my daughter out of state and this location made the transaction so quick and easy with a very friendly lady assisting us. We had pre-weighed our package & printed a label (but didn't attach in case they got different weight). Ironically weight came up the same & we placed our label, paid & were off too next destination. Easy Peasy!! Plenty of handicap parking & ramp to enter. Plenty of friendly helpful staff. I definitely recommend this post office!

As my son's school bus couldn't get down the street. This is also after she nearly hit the pole on the corner and road up on the curb as well because she was on the phone talking. After which she sped off down the block once I told her that if she didn't stop yelling, cussing and threatening me I have to call the cops. Today November 7, 2025 someone from this local office called me and told me it was my word against hers and refused to identify themselves. When I asked what their name was, and told them I have all of this on video. They told me it wasn't necessary so they wouldn't watch it and hung up on me. Never once was it mentioned that my service be interrupted. Only for me to come home after work today to a note saying my mail service was suspended. This is clearly retaliation for me filing a complaint. Mind you my family has owed this home for 20 years. Heather is an excellent mail carrier and we had never had any issues in all the years we have been here. I don't know the name of the person who threatened me and was filing in for her but I haven't gotten mail for two days. And I'm not sure why this be allowed by management after I had to file a complaint and call the police for my own safety. I can't believe that they suspend my service and withhold my mail from being delivered. This is outrageous and I would like to be contacted by someone who can fix this. It's literally hard to believe this is happening but after reading these reviews I see I'm not alone.
