This review is strictly for the dog wash-but it doesn't have a separate business page, so I'll share my experience here. My partner and I took our three dogs to a nearby park and when they were done playing, they were STANKY! Lucky for us, this washing station wasn't far and it was just what we needed. You pay via credit card for a certain amount of minutes-then you can use whatever tool you want for that time. A hose with water, soap, dryer, etc. We were able to get all three of our dogs washed in about 20 minutes. We skipped the dryer since it was a nice day out and they would prefer to air dry than the loud dryer anyway. The only real challenge is that it gets pretty hot in there and when the sliding door is open for ventilation, the tiny dog can get through the slats and escape-which she did. If you're not outnumbered by dogs, you'll likely manage that just fine. read more

First of all, this is solely for the Murray location. I have been to the Draper store as well and have been treated with respect and kindness. I love the Draper car wash. That being said, that is not what I experienced during my recent emmission/ inspection + car wash on July 25 in Murray. Would not recommend after policy change. I have been going here for many years for my vehicle emissions / safety inspections, for one because they are nearby, but importantly because the cash wash was included with emissions test as provided in the purchase price I paid. I have four vehicles and were provided 4 Basic Car Wash vouchers (no expiration date) during the past year. I was also told that the car wash could be redeemed in the future. I went to redeem a voucher today, and was told (by female employee) that they are no longer honoring the Car Wash voucher, effective as of June 2024. I explained that there is no expiration date on the voucher and part of my decision to purchase from them was because the car wash was included with the price I paid. I said that I won't be coming back if they don't honor their prior commitments (voucher). She said that is fine and that they expected to lose business due the policy change. I said that I was planning to bring another car in next week for an emission test, but will now go elsewhere. She said that she didn't care and wasn't go to lose her job by honoring a car wash voucher! Her unsympathetic attitude and lack of understanding reflected poorly on this business. I find it extremely odd and disappointing that a company would choose not to honor their prior commitment, especially from a loyal customer who has patronized them for the past 16-years with multiple vehicles per year. My husband has been here several times for his emissions testing. They are fast, efficient, and reliable. This most recent time my husband gave me his Carwash coupon for a $5 car wash. You are able to redeem it on the right side at the automatic Carwash. I'd say it's maybe a 5-7 min wash cycle. I gave the you g man working my coupon and he started up the machine for me. You pull forward and then put your car in park and it does it's thing. I liked it more than the other washes where you move through in neutral. Felt like there was less opportunity for damage. I felt like it was a good wash. A few different cycles went through. You can't expect a car wash to do a perfect job, but I really liked this wash and I'll likely be back someday! read more

If you like rude customer service, then this is the place for you to get your emissions done. This past week I had the emissions done on my vehicle at the Millcreek location. There was nobody around the emissions area, so I went to ask the person sweeping the parking lot where to find the attendant. She responded to just go wait in my vehicle and she would be there. The attendant came and was very abrupt with me during the whole process. The few dollars saved was not worth the poor attitude from two employees on the same day. I am guessing it is the manager who completes the emissions. I guess they haven't heard that you get more bees with honey than vinegar. read more

I've been doing safety inspections on my cars for few years now with Curt's Carwash & Emission. Their inspection comes with a free car wash, part of their advertising strategy. I was surprised by them no longer accepting those car wash vouchers, which do not have any expiration dates. They stated that this is due to a policy change. I got a coupon for a free carwash in January when I had my car's emission done. I did not use it at the time because of the weather. There is no expiration date on it. When I tried to go in for my free car wash (because I just found it), they told me they no longer accept the free car wash coupons, since July 1. They sell you a token for the automated wash for 5$. When I used that same token in the self wash bay, thinking surely my $5 token is worth $5 in the adjacent wash bay, it only gives me 1$ . When I mention that to the attendant, he says, condescending, I should have known it was only worth 1$ in one spot and $5 in another (at the same business location!) He then complained he didn't want to give me another token because some other customer was going to benefit and get $1 of "free wash" from my having put the token in, and not using the self wash bay! How is that for not putting your customer first. Worried about loosing that $1! read more

I'm pretty loyal to my regular guy who does everything on my car. But, I was registering my car at the DMV and didn't want to drive far just to drive back to the DMV. This was the first option near the DMV that came up. I was able to get in right away, with just about a 15 minute wait. It was very affordable, only $25 for my emissions test. The guy doing the actual testing was very nice and professional. While Curt's Emissions is a convenient place to get your emissions done they have a real ethics problem in how they treat their employees or future employees. I personally know some one who was offered a job, on the spot, when getting their emissions done. They committed to an hourly rate and even said they would provide training so they could run the emissions part of the business. Used $12 drive through, total waste of money. Doesn't clean well. Free vacuums had zero suction. 7-11 and Holliday Oil drive through wash do better than this one. In fact I went straight to Holiday, paid another $12 and $3 for a real vacuum. Should have gone there first. I don't expect perfection at $12 but I expect decent. I have been going to this place for years, but something has changed in the last few weeks. The automatic car wash has completely stopped cleaning cars for the $7 wash. I thought it may have been just one of those days or something, so I decided to come back and try it again. Same result. It seems to me like it may be a cost-saving measure since the "free vacuums" went in. Also, the manual car washes suffer from over-use and poor upkeep/repair by the staff. I was using one about a month ago when the brush wasn't spitting out any soap. The timer ended before I could finish and I had to go get more quarters. I informed the person who was working at the time and they gave me a "free" $5 auto-wash, which let's be honest, is like a car on the highway in front of you is spraying its windshield washers at 70. While we are being honest, let's talk about the "complimentary" drying towels. There is no way a car can be dried with the three tiny little towels they ask you to use to "keep costs down". Stopped by tonight after work to have my registration renewed. I did not need emissions done so all I needed was the receptionist to enter my information on her computer so I could pay for my car registration. Quick and easy, right? Not according to the grumpy lady at the reception. She had a bad attitude the entire time I was there and I felt like she did not want to help me at all. I thought I would give her a chance so I told her I'd wait my turn since according to her there were 3 cars ahead of me. (Still not sure why I could not pay for my registration while she was waiting for other cars to have their emissions done?) anyway I waited for a good half an hour and all "3 cars" were still ahead of me. I went on the dmv website and saw that the Firestone down the street does on spot renewals (no emissions just the renewals - which is what I needed) so I left Curt's Carwash and went to the Firestone store. No wait there and the employee was very attentive and I got my registration renewed in 5 minutes. The employee even put the sticker on my license plate without me asking, and guys, it's cold outside! Firestone just earned my business and I'm sorry to say I won't be taking my 2 cars to Curt's Carwash any longer thanks to the grumpy lady at the desk. read more

I came in today with a Groupon for an emissions testing. First, let me tell you I loved how this business offered a Groupon just for Emissions, saving me money I didn't have to spend on the Safety Inspection since it's not required for my car this year. I drove in and was the only customer there so I was in and out in about 10 minutes, which is excellent especially when you have your kids with you (school is out, ya know). There's a playhouse inside the waiting room which kept my kids entertained. Huge A+++! There was also a TV and a table and a couple barstools you could use while waiting for your car to be ready. I got my emissions certificate, as well as my renewal sticker and car registration all done there so I wouldn't have to drive to the DMV. The young gentleman that helped me out was friendly and didn't bother me with trying to upsell anything. I'm always worried about being ripped off when I go to these places so I'm always skeptical when I have to take my car in to get the emissions/safety inspection done.
