My partner and I took our three dogs to a nearby park and when they were done playing, they were STANKY! Lucky for us, this washing station wasn't far and it was just what we needed. You pay via credit card for a certain amount of minutes-then you can use whatever tool you want for that time. A hose with water, soap, dryer, etc. We were able to get all three of our dogs washed in about 20 minutes. We skipped the dryer since it was a nice day out and they would prefer to air dry than the loud dryer anyway. The only real challenge is that it gets pretty hot in there and when the sliding door is open for ventilation, the tiny dog can get through the slats and escape-which she did. If you're not outnumbered by dogs, you'll likely manage that just fine.

I have four vehicles and were provided 4 Basic Car Wash vouchers (no expiration date) during the past year. I was also told that the car wash could be redeemed in the future. I went to redeem a voucher today, and was told (by female employee) that they are no longer honoring the Car Wash voucher, effective as of June 2024. I explained that there is no expiration date on the voucher and part of my decision to purchase from them was because the car wash was included with the price I paid. I said that I won't be coming back if they don't honor their prior commitments (voucher). She said that is fine and that they expected to lose business due the policy change. I said that I was planning to bring another car in next week for an emission test, but will now go elsewhere. She said that she didn't care and wasn't go to lose her job by honoring a car wash voucher! Her unsympathetic attitude and lack of understanding reflected poorly on this business. I find it extremely odd and disappointing that a company would choose not to honor their prior commitment, especially from a loyal customer who has patronized them for the past 16-years with multiple vehicles per year. Integrity is the backbone of a successful business. Needless to say, I will do my business elsewhere.

On days where it's at least 3 people, you can be in and out in about 30 mins or less. This is a family owned business. As most of the individuals are related to each other besides the receptionist sometimes. Folks here are nice, there was an issue I had about two years ago with the older gentleman that did my emissions, I took an SUV for testing and when I left I noticed he fat fingered the mileage for my vehicle on the certificate. So I went back and had him fix it (since I didn't want any mileage discrepancies to happen with my vehicle) and when I returned, he redid my vehicle and sent me off, I checked it while I was driving and it was fat fingered again so I went back and he had to redo my vehicle again. Regardless that issue took about 2 hours in total to get it fixed. He said it didn't matter and was a bit grumpy about it but I want things in order and wouldn't want any issues down the future. Since we've been coming here for about 5-6 years now, prices have gone up but I think that's just how it is for all emission places. Would recommend this place to others.

BEWARE!!! My tire was perfectly fine when I entered the car wash but somehow was damaged by the…read moremachinery operating during the wash. I went into the office after the wash to notify of the issue.  I asked if I could use an air compressor or if they would put my car on the lift so I could change the flat tire quicker.  I was told that there was not an air compressor on site, the lift was "broken"  nor were there any tools available to change my tire.  I had a work appt that I needed to get to and would have appreciated some help with the unforeseen flat tire.  One of the workers walked out to the bay to check for any sharp objects, nails or screws that could have caused this damage.  Nothing was seen, I explained that I believe the flat was caused by the metal leads on the ground since the damage was on the side wall or the tire.   There were 2 able body workers just sitting in the lobby that could have helped me but refused to.  I was told sorry but have a good rest of your day. So I drove over to the Maverick Gas Station across the street to change my flat tire.  Surprisingly, 3 people came up and offered to help me.  Random strangers are willing to help me and not the employees of a car wash that damaged my tire.
