To my surprise at my appointment I received a different dentist, I don't remember which one it was but he did just fine. I also got another different dentist for my filling the last time I went who was also good. They did my filling in about 30 minutes and offer laughing gas for $15. Their numbing agent worked quickly and wore off within two hours or so which I really liked since I hate half of my face being numb all day long. You are required to wear a mask going into their office then once you are in your chair you can remove it. All the staff is very friendly.

The clinic is not open at all three locations throughout the week--South Jordan is only open three days, Lehi one day, and Spanish Fork one day. The locations do not operate simultaneously. The most frustrating part has been that the clinic sometimes closes unexpectedly. Even if you schedule an appointment weeks in advance, you may receive a text a couple of weeks before your appointment notifying you that the clinic will be closed and asking you to reschedule. This has happened to us with about 50% of our appointments. It has caused significant disruptions to our busy schedule and feels very unprofessional.

I asked if I could possibly do some kind of payment plan and they said we don't do that here. She insisted no dentist offices she's heard of does that with a serious attitude. Which is crazy because growing up my mom made sure we had good care for our teeth at everything else's expense and they always did payment plans. With all the braces, lost retainers, cleanings, how could anyone afford all that, all the time in one lump sums? I think the dentist got word of this case, thankfully, and gave a discount, however it was incredibly small. I didn't need a discount, though appreciated the thought, I needed a payment plan so I could put food on the table! I think she felt a tad remorseful and made a bit of a deal by going and chatting with the manager or the dentist in the back and said we can do half now, half later. That was like $250 right up front still! With a person on Medicaid... I just cant believe there was such little to no compassion. The dentist insisted on a procedure that was deemed fairly unnecessary, even by a pediatrician who a general sense of health of and desire to care for a human body. When we returned for the fitting our daughter could not close here mouth with both the Night Guard and the Aligner. Dr Jeppson recommended she tape her mouth closed while sleeping. Long story short, we refused delivery and now our daughter is out of the country on a mission, which was communicated beforehand. We paid $500 and have received nothing for it. Worst experience we've ever had, and the most money we've ever wasted having received nothing in return, especially this was recommended by Dr Jeppson.

The dental staff was amazing with my toddler and so welcoming and not forceful or intimidating. They did amazing helping my toddler feel comfortable and were so gentle. Dr. Burt was awesome too and great with kids. He even made an animal balloon out of a glove which my child loved. We will definitely be coming back to this place for all our pediatric dentistry! Between the memories of childhood braces and the well known reality of what orthodontic treatment costs in both time and money, the bar for earning my enthusiasm was set fairly high. Harris Orthodontics cleared it without much effort. My dentist recommended them after my lower teeth started shifting, as they tend to do years after being corrected. The Highland office is conveniently located, beautifully designed, and spacious in a way that immediately takes the edge off what could otherwise feel like a clinical experience. From the moment you walk in the comfort is intentional, top notch equipment, a genuinely warm staff, and two excellent doctors in Dr. Harris and the recently joined Dr. Hannabass. I chose Invisalign over traditional braces, and for anyone unfamiliar it is a teeth straightening system that uses clear removable aligners instead of metal brackets, wires, and elastic bands. I worked through a new set of aligners every ten days for about seven months. It was not too uncomfortable, it did not disrupt my daily life much, and the results were exactly what I was hoping for. Was it cheap? No. Was it worth every dollar? Absolutely. Five stars and a smile I am genuinely happy to show off.
