I put it a name that I thought this one was, but ended up being a completely different business...I had the names confused. Anyway, glad I made the mistake! i wasn't disappointed at all! I walked in (didn't have an appt.) and my wait wasn't long at all, maybe 10 mins. My esthetician, Aidee, was very friendly, talkative (which I didn't mind), and inquisitive (didn't mind this either) b/c I'm pretty sure that is her tactic to make sure you're comfortable and not a weird silence while she's waxing your parts! I actually wish more would make convos so it's not so "weird". It's also very clean and smells great when you enter! Also, the pink chandelier that is in the waiting area is a whole vibe!! I need it in my life! I probably will go back again if I ever decide that I want to give them another shot and not go to my usual spot.

Chan will greet you with a smile and is very courteous, efficient and discreet. As a male going into a place dominated by women, it can be uncomfortable. Chan made it relaxing and our conversation about my service remained private. She is fantastic. She assigned me to Shay, who was simply magnificent! She was professional and personable. She distracted me with thoughtful conversationq (so I would not feel pain), but was also gentle in the process. The only word to describe Shay is Awesome! I don't use these terms lightly. (Read my other posts). The facility is clean and organized and well run. This is my new location for waxing. When I arrived they had me as a no show so I needed to wait for next available but that wasn't in issue.
