My husband really enjoyed their brown ale. We also tried the bourbon barrel aged one as well and found it to be very sweet. We also tried the drunken Irish, which was great, but our favorite was by far the wee Peaty. The bartenders were nice and responsive to questions. The only thing I thought was strange was that there was a corkage for canned drinks bought from the location if consumed on site. She mentioned that with certain food offerings, they were offering a free beer. Different beers would come with the nachos, hummus, or giant pretzel food options. My husband and I were very excited about this and decided that we would try some of the specials, that included the beer and nachos and beer and pretzel. The food was good, the pretzel was outstanding but the nachos could've used a bit more toppings. The chicken pieces in the nachos also should've been a bit more bite sized instead of the big clumps they were in but they still had good flavor. The reason I am giving the review 3 stars instead of 4 or 5 is that when looking at my bill, I noticed that they charged me more than the nacho price on the menu. When I questioned this, they informed me that they were running food/beer specials and not that it was buy a food item and get a free beer as was advertised. I suggested that they change their messaging to future guests so as to not confuse anyone thinking they'd get a free beer with certain entree items.
