They also have the worst shipping in the industry and they don't work with the customer to resolve issues with lost or missing orders. I'll NEVER shop at Blick's again, especially since so many of my art friends are having the same experiences with them. I spend a great deal of money on art supplies and from now on, all of it will go to Jerry's. I'm also going to contact Golden about Blick's shady tactics concerning their products.

They worked with us until they figured out a way to print our program. The finished product was beautiful, perfect! And not only that it was 1/3 the price that was quoted to us earlier in the day at a big box type of printing store. We could not have been happier or more thankful that we came to Evergreen!! They have excellent service and professional products.

It was supposed to be a surprise for my husband for our 10th anniversary. I am so disappointed in this place, didn't even call to tell me it wouldn't be done when promised! I was going to have something else framed for his birthday, but this place has lost a customer. So they fixed the mistake, I got a metal frame put on for now & when the wood one comes in I don't have to pay anymore. Essentially I'm getting the wood frame at half price. It's very nicely set up, the staff is friendly and welcoming and it's overall a great vibe! We walked in and were given a table but soon enough they had to start turning people away so I would suggest a reservation on the weekends! It is pretty pricey but I'm okay with that for the experience and atmosphere there :) I painted a vase and my daughter painted a corgi and it was $100 before tax. There is a sitting fee for each person painting and then you choose your piece you want to paint which has its own price tag. There is so much to choose from I am sure anyone can find something in their budget! I personally really like the way they provide paint cups of the 5 colors you choose ( I think if you asked nicely they might let you have another color if you started painting and realized you needed another color).
