I explained that my biggest priorities were keeping the Tesla cooler, reducing the heat and glare from the California sun, protecting the interior, and still having the car look clean and premium. He was professional, responsive, patient with my questions and made sure I was kept informed from beginning to end. That level of communication made me feel very comfortable trusting the team with my new vehicle. The team did a great job with the Paint Protection Film (PPF) installation. I was especially impressed with how Brian handled a warranty clarification afterward. There was some initial confusion regarding the warranty term however Brian addressed it promptly, provided an updated receipt confirming the correct 12-year PPF warranty, and gave me written confirmation of their 12-year workmanship coverage for installation-related issues such as edge lifting, contamination and bubbles. I really appreciated the accountability and willingness to stand behind their work. Unfortunately, I had to bring it back because the rear window tint was peeling off after the third day. There was another major issue that my car was physically damaged there while it was being worked on the second time I brought it in to have that redone. I am very upset that the business owner Eddie had no concern over my situation about my brand new car being damaged. But also the messy work they did. See pictures below. Who leaves a brand new car looking like this? If you decide to bring your car, you should think twice.
