JD did both of my Subarus in one day, and back to back! I was able to walk in the following business day and was greeted cheerfully in the early morning. JD's employee (I'm sorry I forgot your name) really walked me through the offerings and process. I knew what I wanted already so I let the guy know and I guess he was quite pleasantly surprised to hear I wanted ceramic for its properties and not just super dark windows like a high schooler. I thought that was quite funny because I imagine everyone knows about ceramic tint but I guess not! At any rate, JD Tint provides a lifetime warranty on their tint products for ANY location that installs the brand of tint. You don't need to just come here for bubbling film or delaminated tint. JD personally came and delivered my second car to me that day and thanked me and gave me explicit details on care for the tint and gave me some recommendations for products to protect it. Hint: Plexus works. At the end of the day, the price was right, the service was great, and didn't have to pay an extra cent for any Xtreme celebrity pictures hanging on walls. Tint is tint and a blind comparison of two tint shop jobs would go blindly past anyone if the quality and work is the same. I just don't want to pay extra because some sold out, has-been celebrity went there for their tint and probably paid nothing. Must be why the prices are so jacked. To truly understand how great the service and the quality of the tint, I have to go ahead and explain to you my previous tint experiences. In my 30 years of being alive I have taken about 15 vehicles to get tinted and all the previous tint jobs have always had minor scratches or bubbles or just defects that would require me getting them retinted again and wasting more money. If the tint shop did the job correctly the first time around, the tint would only last about 3 years before it would turn purple. This is the consequence you pay when you want to go cheap versus paying extra money for quality tint that will last a lifetime. We ended up going with the Nano ceramic tint that was by far the best tint I have ever witnessed, so to truly understand how great this tint was, Enrique the product specialist went ahead and showed us the different films and by far this tint was the best one you can get. He pulled out the Nano ceramic tint and another different type of tint and he physically demonstrated that the Nano tint would keep the car cool because he placed the heat gun on one side of the tint and my hand on the other and I did not feel any heat compared to the other basic one. It's worth the extra bucks!! so I called to get a quote for a couple of vehicles I'm trying to tint. the Guy over the phone was rude and had no customer service experience at all. I'm trying to give them my business but they guy wasn't interested at all. asked about the films they used and specifically asked about ceramic and nano ceramic film. Quoted me a price and asked if they price would go up on the film. stated again they have over 30 films. couldn't quote me a price over the phone for removal till they saw the vehicle and I asked what film he would recomend that was in between 395-1800. said I had to go in to see it. I get annd understand that part but as a personal preference I figured he would recommend a tiny knowing it's in Cali especially with the heat waves we get. also if I would go in if they'd be able to do it same day and he responded with come in the mornings to see the files cause we're busy all day. didn't bother to ask if I'd like to schedule an appointment. poor customer service in my part. read more

This business is tucked away in the service center of the Honda dealership in Whittier. I had found them on the Internet and chose them for their rating and location. I was originally quoted $135 for my Toyota Camry. Now that's the lowest based on the product you choose. Prices go up from there but not by much. It all depends on the duration of the product that you're looking for. It also depend on the complexity of your car windows. How many the car has, shape and size. I chose the product that was the next up at $165 and it looks great. My car is a 2011 so not planning on keeping it for too many more years. My car is much cooler and it's doing what I needed to shield the sun from my face. I worked with Robert who was very nice and helpful. And my car took about 5 hours to complete. I had to go on a Saturday because of my work schedule and they were pretty busy. The windows look so nice and I love them. It really dresses up the car also. read more
