Wonderful job with the tint on my new Tacoma. I feel like the whole team went above and beyond for me!

I'm sorry that I have to say that this business lacks professionalism. I took in my brand new 2026 vehicle for window tint as this was my second car to bring here for tint. Unfortunately, I had to bring it back because the rear window tint was peeling off after the third day. There was another major issue that my car was physically damaged there while it was being worked on the second time I brought it in to have that redone. I am very upset that the business owner Eddie had no concern over my situation about my brand new car being damaged. But also the messy work they did. See pictures below. It was my second time coming to this shop but should have never come back. What ever you buy it' will cost you two times the price, one 10 inch sub plus an amp $550 dollars. But the worst part is I brought them my car with a brand new, working stereo just for them to break it during the install. Claiming it wasn't them and they didn't even touch it. After arguing with me and not making any effort to make the situation right, leaving it for me to see if I still got a warranty on my stereo to get a new one. They are great! My brother and I have used them for 4 cars total and have never had any issues! The blue middle tesla was tinted back in 2020 and it still holds up like when we first installed it. We were able to make an appointment over the phone and drop off the cars. They were really nice inside and gave us recommendations for the darkness in the different windows with the possibility of seeing it in sample cars outside. They let us know once ready which was very convenient! They finish the same day you leave it and the price is very reasonable for the quality. I for sure recommend them and doing ceramic tinting! The ceramic tinting really makes a difference on the inside temperature. read more

Had my tint done on my brand new 2025 m240i, windshield had to get redone the same day because it was horrible still had some small bubbles that never went away on the second try...fast forward to last weekend back window had to get redone because it was wrinkling terribly in all corners and bottom. They re did it but honestly I don't believe they even really used ceramic tint because it still had a lot of heat transfer and was not as clear as at least quality ceramic. Called for tint - quote was good, they were able to take it right away so I went to breakfast and it was ready once I was done. Easy and quick I would recommend for tint and wish I hadn't waited so long it makes my car cooler and the leather seats not as scorching. I can't speak for the audio work. 4 stars only because the tint was a slightly different tone than my back windows- my stock tint has a warmer brown tone and the new tint in the front is cooler with a blue tone- he said it would change a bit with time, most people probably wouldnt notice this and It doesn't bother me much- for the price and convenience to cool down my car its good. read more

Corrupt business! Beware! My husband had his windows tinted a few years back and needed the back window tint replaced (it was bubbling) He visited today to address that issue and to get information on purchasing/installing a new sound system. The person he spoke with refused to honor the tint's "lifetime" warranty, so needless to say, no conversation was to be had regarding a new sound system. In no way could we do any further business with this deceitful company. UPDATE: In response to Eddie, the business owner. As it states on your businesses receipt, "White (file) Yellow (customer) YOU, sir should have a white copy of the receipt. Went to park in the parking spots that broke down cars are parked in overnight and for months and my 8 year old got out of the car before I did and was yelled at that she couldn't park there by the workers... like really couldn't wait for an adult to get out of the car before yelling at a child.... I did get my windows tinted here and wasn't too happy then and brought my other vehicles elsewhere. Regardless of them dealing with people parking in front of their establishment that aren't customers they should never yell at a child period. Then the women harassed us as we walked across the street from where we had to park to the establishment we were going to. Walking from the front to the back the door yelling something at me as I walked in. There are ways to politely ask but for an adult to yell at a child who clearly isn't old enough to drive is ridiculous and no one should support this business. Guess they prefer to use parking spots and not let any other establishment have customers. Would give 0 if I could. Updated: my daughter couldn't even enjoy her pizza party and wanted to leave cause she was scared of the people at the Vivid place yelling at her when we leave she said and just wanted to go home. And there was a Hadley Tow Truck there that they called to have cars towed.... They really treat customers of that shopping center good... don't know why they are entitled to over 10 spots and a dining facility gets less. Came in to get a quote for new audio system and head unit. Eddie explained everything so it was easy to understand. The new head unit he recommended was a stinger horizon10. He called me during install to let me know the horizon10 wasn't available, but he has a horizon12 which was larger! I agreed to it and picked up the jeep today! I love the new setup! Sounds much better than the stock system and the new head unit is a game changer!! read more

Took my vehicle in for tint and head unit install. Tint was good. No issues. The head unit was not connected or wired properly. Many issues from disconnected speakers to improper wiring. No communication about any of the issues were ever brought up by the shop. You have to figure the problems out. Look at the attached picture. Left me more of a mess to figure than anything. do not waist your time with this audio shop they are very dishonerable. i brought them a brand new sound system worth over 1k and they ruined my front compenent speakers and denied everything in damaging the speaker because it was dropped on the ground and they tried to hold it together with tape and play it off. sadly you have to take pictures of all your stuff before they touch it because they might damage your property and deny it . i had to bring my vehicle back four times because the sound was not working properly and they waisted my time and waisted about 3 1/2 days fixing a broken speaker with tape i even had to leave my car overnight. i only discovered the speaker because i took it to a real professional audio shop this time and they showed me the mess they did because the sound was cutting out because they damaged my speakers and had to waist more money and purchase a new set worth three hundred fifty again because you cannot only buy one speaker! worst audio shop i have ever been save yourself time,money,headache and turn around now and take it to a real shop preferably over at 11664 washington blvd, whittier, ca 90606 stereo zone! they'll get you right and not damage your property fron your hard earned money. pictures of the mess they made and patch job read more

If I could give a zero star I would, considering this is a "professional" sound installation shop their work is all Mickey Mouse. They didn't wire up right to the amp so my subs don't hit, but to top it off their speaker wiring was just absolutely terrible, please refrain from coming to this shop if you want quality work. Unbelievable they call themselves professionals but cannot wire subs to amp right give the worse grounding wire. Can't wire speakers correctly, but yet charge a premium for it. read more

I went to the shop , for my stereo to be replaced with a JVC unit ,at that time. I was not notified. They did not have the They did not have the stereo in stock that I requested, and I before hand told him the unit stereos that I do not like Pioneer being one of them so I go back to the shop to pick up my vehicle and lo and behold. I find a pioneer stereo system inside of it playing stereo to my Luxury vehicle and told me that I would have to wait until they received the unit that I requested 2nd review to follow with pictures of installation I would reconsider using them Friendly word !!!! read more

These gentlemen did a fantastic job on my Ford F150. They install a dashcam Momento M6 which they highly recommend, and I can see why they recommended that brand. It is phenomenal and unique -, I was very impressed by their expertise. Edgar also installed my Apple CarPlay pioneer, which I was delighted with the work. Edgar is a gentleman and easy to talk to him very approachable he speaks and plain text, so you understand all the latest and greatest gadgets that his shop has to offer. We've gone a few times and haven't had the best service. The last straw was getting my son's car tinted where I specifically said we needed it done within what the law allows. My son got a fix it ticket today for the front window tint. I called and spoke to the owner who immediately had atritude and spoke down to me. He took NO responsibility and in fact blamed his customers for any tint they get. Then he blamed the cops and then lastly said my son must've done something wrong to get pulled over. Before he hung up on me, he said all we have to do is take it off-no big deal. Totally disregarding the money we paid them to put it on! Save your money and don't go there....for anything! I'm sure he'll come back with some disrespectful remarks on here like he has with other bad reviews. I hope he does so you all can get an idea of how he speaks to and treats his customers. read more

Called to get an estimate for the front tint of my Infiniti QX60 as the price was fabulous and told me they could fit me in that morning! I relaxed in a clean and comfy waiting room while the guys worked their magic. They did a damn good job. Not one little bubble and it looks slick af. I brought my Work Vehicle on Saturday and was given a price. I agreed and paid in full on the spot Saturday because I was asked by owner. I provided all necessary parts for swapping out two front door speakers, one amplifier, one head unit, and two headlight assembly. Result was: headlights not level pointing different ways. Stereo head unit steering wheel controls are not working now, they worked on previous Kenwood. My Amplifier was wired with existing wires not new ones I provided. Also back door speakers are not operational now because they cut the wires when this was not necessary and not part of my contract. Was told 1 day job but owner called and said maybe 3 days. read more

This review is based on two interactions I've had with this business. The firs time i had them install a remote start system on an old truck. Price was reasonable and install time was reasonable. my issue was with the quality of the install. Cables weren't properly tidied and managed. Wire clippings were all over the floor and they left behind a screw driver. My second interaction, I drove in to get a quote for my other car. The remote was in bad condition and I could not find a replacement anywhere. I was told I would need to replace the whole system. It would cost $100 to remove the old alarm and $350 to install the new one. I thought that was outrageous. I called two other local stores explained the situation and got quoted $250 and $200. read more

I really wish I could have given this place a better review because the people working there were very friendly, hint the extra star. I got my tint done here on 3/10/2019, was quoted a certain price by a lady on the phone, ended up paying triple that but thats besides the point. Their service was super quick which I was fine with, considering I came after work and live far away. It took them almost 2 hours and I rushed out of there with confidence that the job was done right. BUT, what happened? My tint was...I mean see for yourself. Horrible. The inside of my interior was left black like someone hadn't washed their hands after handling grease. I called and was offered to come back in the following Wednesday but I live over 70 miles away and work 2 jobs. I hope whoever did this considered perscription glasses on the real. I went there to have my windows tinted. It was the front two windows and the front wing windows. I had to come back four times and they had to redo my windows because each time they did a bad job. Poor quality had air bubbles and didn't cut the film right. If you want your windows tinted from this place, I recommend you ask for the owners son. SHOP AROUND BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO GIVE THESE GUYS YOUR MONEY!!! This guy over charges by double, sometimes triple!!! They might tell you they will install stereo systems for free if you buy their product but thats because they over charge on their items! I guarantee you that the price for the system and installation from other stores will be a lot cheaper than their items by itself. Also, once you have issues with their work they will try to charge you again just to check out what's wrong with the work they did. I talked to two other stereo shops around the area and as soon as I told them the ridiculous price they offered me they asked me if it was Eddie from Vivid. They already knew who I was talking about and told me that Eddie is a crook!!! Just look at some of the comments made about him here! SHOP AROUND!!!! Not professional, they don't care about their customers. Had to wait a month and a half instead of 2 weeks for my side mirror to come. Had to call and ask what's going on.. After they finally installed it it was black! Black side mirror on a White car?! The guy told me that they don't have a white side mirror.. and if I wanted it white they have to paint it and charge me extra for that.. well.., why didn't you tell me that earlier when I was ordering it?! Never come back to this place. To the owner: You and your worker should care more about your customers! Be more on point! Attentive to the details!
